If I could give negative stars I would. Whoever is running this place should be fired because I myself am a manager of a restaurant and this is NOT how you treat your customers. I called there this morning at 10:43 and nobody answered. I know the opened at 10:30 and again nobody answered after me waiting for 5 mins on hold waiting for a person. So I hung up and called again, someone answered me after another 3mins and I told the man that I was trying to get in touch with a manager not trying to place an order. He said okay I will put you on hold and get someone….. I was on hold for 10 MINUTES when I finally decided to give up and end the call. Clearly they don’t care about their customers or their jobs really at all. My problem I was calling for is a situation that has happened to me with this store before. Which is insane to think about and that this has probably happened to other people and it go unnoticed. We got pizza on January 26th using my dads card and when we received the pizzas not only were they not appealing but my pizza was completely wrong they sent a different pizza but both my dad and boyfriends pizza tasted very bad. I called this store that same night and told them of my bad experience and the guy on the phone told me they would give me a refund and he took my info down and everything and told me it will be on your card in a couple days. Yesterday my dad got his card statement where it clearly says PIZZA HUT CHARGE. And there is NO REFUND on this statement. I know it’s not on the next statement either because this was the earliest charge on the card for that billing period. So there should have been a refund or no charge at all. Like I said this happened to me before with the same store and I had to call them and dealt with a nicer woman who was sorry and gave me a cash refund. I never thought this same situation would happen again literally same store and everything. So just thought you all should be checking your card statement if you were promised a refund because they are essentially pocketing your money and telling you something else. Hopefully a manager reads this and takes the time of day to answer their customers. But overall wow what a terrible time.

Our order was wrong, and trying to get anyone on the phone was a nightmare. I called as soon as I got back to the office and was on hold for over 8 minutes before giving up. Called again 30 minutes later—on hold for 5+ minutes, no answer. Tried again later in the day and was still holding after 10 minutes.
We spent nearly $100 feeding our staff and couldn’t even get basic customer service to fix a mistake. Completely unacceptable. WILL NOT GO BACK.

Delivery took over a half hour from the time I was notified that they were on their way. I live less than 5 minutes from their store. Over cooked, cold food. We won’t make this mistake again!

Worst pizza hut ever. The pizza was super thin and the guy who gave us the order was purposely making me repeat my name 3 times because he’s ignorant. Please relearn them or terminate.

While I hesitate to give it 5 stars I will give it a 4. To be fair a 4.5 would be my choice. I’m not rating this location against any local family owned and operated restaurants popular or otherwise. That wouldn’t be fair but this was good for a national commercial chain restaurant.
Employees were really nice and friendly. As well as professional and willing to help. The restaurant appears to be very clean and well cared for.
We ordered a Meat Lovers and a Supreme pizza. Both were cooked all the way through with no doughy undercooked centers. Which is a constant problem at Pizza Huts Chardon, Ohio 44024 location. The wings were cooked well and a little bit crispy as long as you eat them promptly. Nice amount of sauce as well.
Bottom line is yes I would recommend this location and will definitely order here again when in the area.

I ordered the new spicy pizza. Meh. I wouldnt recommend it, and i wouldnt get it again. The presentation though? AMAZING.

Well, ordered pizza, which was rather dry since a bit skimpy on thd sauce. Didn’t seem like the original pan crust. But that’s not the worst part of the meal. Orderd the Cajun fries with boneless wings. Everything tied up too tight into bag, not neatly placed in bag. Containers were on their side leaking sauce, what a mess. The fries were the issue. Ate several and noticed something curved sticking out of cluster of stuck together fries. First thought it was a hair. No, it was a pulled office staple!! Can’t imagine the problems that would have come from ingesting an open staple with sharp ends? Truely disappointed. I’ll think twice about ordering again. I’m sure it was a careless mistake in how it was introduced into fries, but wow, I’m glad I seen before ingesting. Threw the rest in garbage. Should toss the pizza as well, as it wasn’t as good as I remember.

Ordered using mobile app. which was great since I was traveling for work and not from the area. The food was ready when I arrived, the staff was nice and friendly when I walked in. To my surprise, everything was cooked properly and tasted great when I got it ba k to my hotel. (Yes, I’ve had bad Pizza Hut traveling before.)

Ordered 6 pizzas fora teenage birthday party and only 3 were delivered. When I called they said they were on their way, did not offer any compensation and the pizzas were never delivered. The next manager I spoke with was much more empathetic
