This place has really gone downhill. I waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes before anyone said anything. I ordered a supreme party pack and none were supreme. There was almost no filling inside and they forgot my sauces when I asked for them twice. I went to ask again but the lady at the window shut it while I was talking and walked away. I went inside to get them and my recipt and the place was a nasty. There was food all over the floor and they were just rolling up the burritos on a dirty table. My recommendation, dont go here!

Food was standard Taco Bell. The staff was friendly and upbeat. They were all laughing and joking with eachother while quickly preparing food. My order was done fast and exactly as ordered. The place looks to have been remodeled a bit which I didnt like because it was very millennial gray house flipper vibes vs the old awkward vaguely Mexican style that I preferred. They even had a guy come from the back and clean tables and in 2026 thats nearly unheard of for a fast food place.

This is the closest taco bell to holliston. They do alright. Wait times usually long which says they get business. Usually my order is mostly correct. They will make things right if you ask them to fix stuff. How come no tacobell kfc at the kfc in milford? Missed opportunity.

I showed up at 10:35 for an order, that was supposed to be ready at 10:35. I placed the order for in store pickup.When I got there, the doors were locked. When I looked inside, it seemed like there was a party going on and an employee told me to go through the drive through. I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive through for my food.

consistently the worst tacobell ive ever been to. missing items in EVERY order, terrible customer service, blasts music through the drive thru speaker, swears on speaker, just gave me the coldest hardest fries ever & that was the only thing i got lol. not one fry had potato or any life in them. save your money & go anywhere but here. hate this location so much that im taking the time to write a tacobell review lol that should tell you something

i normally have a horrible experience here but whoever took care of my cantina bowl today (appx 12:00pm) did an amazing job. the guy who was working the drive thru window (face tattoos) was also incredibly friendly and specified a baja blast zero when he handed it to me. it seems small but i have insulin resistance so i appreciate him saying it as he handed it to me!

Worst experience ever! I called to make sure they were still open when I showed up the guy through the speaker said “ We didn’t think you were actually going to show up. It’s disappointing.” I said “it’s disappointing I came?” he said “yes!”
By far the worst customer service experience ive ever had!
Obvious to say, I did not order and just left. If you do not want to work till closing time, I suggest finding another job or switching shifts. I will never be eating there again, no matter what time. Management I highly suggest you get new employees with better attitudes n customer service skills

I have a Dairy allergy, which was explained. Not intolerance; epi pen. first time given sour cream and nacho sauce on a crunch wrap… fine everyone makes mistakes, thank god I checked before biting. Now the crunch wrap is fine but was given Doritos loco shell for my tacos. At least I’ll go a little less hungry, then the previous night.

Just had an experience that honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. Waited for a while in line, we get it it’s busy we were being patient. The order taker at the speaker couldn’t seem to understand me at the speaker so my fiance had to repeat everything I said, I thought I was speaking pretty clearly but that’s ok whatever. We get to the window and the total be asks us to pay is not our order, we said the total was like 23 dollars we had 2 agua frescas and some food. He shuts the window, makes two drinks and then hands them to us and says ‘youre good’ when we try to pay, we said but what about the food? He just kept saying you’re good you’re good and we were like but we had food? And he clearly wasn’t getting it and at that point we just wanted to go home so we left. Tasted the drink and I know we didn’t pay for them but I don’t think this is what they are supposed to taste like. Probably the most insane experience, just straight up refused to let us pay or give us the food we ordered.
