The food and drinks are good, when the staff gets the order right. I order a hot chocolate; I get a mocha, I order a breakfast burrito; I get a breakfast sandwich, etc. it’s not the end of the world just frustrating.
I don’t drink coffee, but my partner does. I feel like I’m constantly fighting with them to not add coffee or espresso to my drink every time I go there. I order popular non coffee drinks that I get at other cafes and they make fun of me because THEY have never heard of it, so obviously it’s not real.
I’m glad they manage to make so many of their customers happy and welcome. I wish I could be a part of that.

I stopped by this location while in town. I really enjoyed my caramel cold brew. They do have drive thru and while in line, a young lady came out to take my order. She was very friendly and upbeat. Once I got to the window, a gentleman give me my order and thanked me for visiting. My cold brew was just what I need to get my day going! Thank you so much and I would visit again if in area!

Moka is very quick, yummy, and easy to order in person or online via app. App works flawlessly and coffee is always prepared more quick than any other coffee shop I’ve visited in Madison. A weekly, early morning staple for me. (please try their black & white mocha – you’ll never want to order a mocha from another coffee shop again)

I’ve been to hundreds of coffee shops the past 5 years and the level of service & coffee quality relative to the size and foot traffic of the shop IS INCREDIBLE. Basically, I’m saying that MOKA is incredibly well run and could give many shops around the country a run for their money if they expanded one day.
Also, shout-out to the best coffee on earth: their Jamaican cool brew. It’s the best black coffee I’ve ever had and often has a strong sense of mocha (chocolate) flavor. I regularly subject myself to black coffee for health reasons and I have to say this is THE ONLY black coffee that tastes AMAZING!!!!!

Im a frequent flyer of the West Towne location and they are great. This location oof. The staff looked annoyed I came inside and wasnt friendly at all. The drink was good but the staff man.

The staff is horrible here! Not friendly at all. AND they don’t make the drinks right? Rather go to the Middleton location than this one I know I’ll be greeted friendly and my drink will be made right.

Great if you want to escape the busy coffee places. It’s mainly a drive through so little available seating = few people. Friendly staff, good drinks. Not a lot of food or pastry unfortunately. It’s just not their focus.

Stop by and have a drink inside while you sit and enjoy your drink, they also have food items available. It does get busy around certain times so i recommend you download their app to earn points and order ahead! Its a no brainer. Love their jamaican brew.
