Went to Wendy’s ordered 2 meals and a 4 piece chicken tender. I get home and the chicken fingers are not in the bag. The guy working at the window just handed me the bag, never looked at my face or said a word to me. I call Wendys and they tell me that I was told to wait. The guy at the window never even looked at me. In the background I hear the workers speaking in Spanish that the fingers were placed in another bag. They lie to me telling me I was told to wait. The same guy that works at Wendy’s also works at Popeyes with the same terrible attitude. Its hard to check your order when they hand you overs 2 drinks you have to maneuver and then the bags. There was no one on the drive thru line, so it unacceptable for missing items.

Poor customer service at this place. It has gone down hill bad. Never got told that fountain soda was not happening only got told they had limited soda. Never told me that it was coming in can. Why am I paying full cost for this when I onder a med and lg drink and only got two 12fl oz cans. How does this add up to what I’m paying for it. There is always a problem when I go here. They don’t have something or something comes worng. Something needs to be done about this place

It has been many years since I ate fast food or visited a Wendy’s. I had to charge my car and didn’t like the other food options near by. First, I was impressed with the food quality and the staff’s exceptional professionalism. I ordered a double cheeseburger that didn’t taste like a typical fast-food sandwich. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared, something I would expect from Mooyah or Shake Shack. Another plus is the friendliness of the manager; I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her incredible work.
