Its a hit and miss here. One day food comes out cold even in drive thru, however they did appear to not have many employees at the time. 2nd trip was good. Service is always friendly.

We have been a lifelong customer of DQ. Today (11/27/24 6:42 PM) was the best experience we’ve had! The customer service was amazing and the food was just as amazing! Our order was perfect, even the bacon was grilled and not deep fried. Everything we ordered was included, correct, and we received it fast – we didn’t have to park and wait on it. Huge shout out to Catherine and entire team working this evening! Keep up the hard work and we will definitely be coming back more often!

Went in today to get me and my son some dipped cones but never got them because the staff was rude they made me wait 15 to 20 min to then proceed to come ask me with an attitude what I was even waiting on still which was literally only 2 cones I will never step back in this establishment because after I asked for my money back the staff in the kitchen was trying to patronize me for telling them no one should have to wait 20min for 2 cones
