Yoshiharu Ramen’s origins began in the scenic northern island of Hokkaido, where tonkotsu (pork broth) based ramen is a staple in Japanese cuisine. Our menu was created and perfected by our master Japanese Chef utilizing the finest and freshest ingredients available. Our mission is to provide our patrons with the most authentic and delicious ramen to tantalize the taste buds. In 2016, we opened our flagship restaurant in Orange, CA and with the love and support of our loyal customers we now have nine additional SoCal locations with many more to open this year. At Yoshiharu Ramen our goal is to share our love and passion for ramen while bringing superior quality food and customer service to the masses.

Black Tonkotsu (3.5/5) – Broth was really good but meat wasn’t tender. They used pork shoulder instead of pork belly.

Spicy Dragon (2/5) – no balance in flavors, just salty. No avocado or cucumber inside, it was just spicy tuna.

While our server was pleasant, the timing of the bill felt rushed. She asked to bring the check while we were still eating, assuring us we could stay as long as we liked. However, instead of a paper bill, she placed an active card reader on the table. We felt obligated to stop eating to settle the payment right then. Since the server was still on duty when we eventually left, we weren’t sure why the transaction couldn’t wait until we had finished our meal.

I wanted to try this place as an alternative to our normal ramen restaurant across town (shoku). Decided to get the spicy tonkotsu with pork. Ordered to go and drove home only to be disappointed. The allegid pork looked like sandwich meat! Two thin slices of sandwich meat in the bowl of ramen. Not even charred to make it look like the real thing. Absolutely disappointing and not worth what was paid. The Gyoza was crispy and fresh.

Otherwise, I want my money back for this meal. It’s ok though, I will not be returning at all.

The food was really good. I really love the shrimp tempura. It’s crunchy and love their sauce. It’s not your typical tempura sauce. Crunch roll was good, and the Ramen was diferente but I love it, St. Louis Pork Ramen, you don’t see that often. Our waitress Victoria was very friendly and it’s a nice place to sit, eat and talk.

This place has only been open for 5 months, I don’t know why it’s not busier. This beef bento was so filling and delicious, and the musubi was some of the best I’ve had in a minute. It didn’t fall apart on me like most do. The restaurant was super clean and I love how they decorated it! They dim the lights during the evening for a cozier atmosphere. The staff were friendly and checked on me frequently. I believe I also met the owner, she was so sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the ramen next!!

The food was pretty good, I feel like it’s a solid 4.5 stars. I wish we could give half stars because I feel like it’s worth more than four, but not quite five. They were out of about 75% of the menu when we went at lunchtime, and they’re buying five star reviews with free menu items which I am not a fan of. If it wasn’t for the shady practice of buying five star reviews, I think their rating would be a bit lower. I probably would’ve given it five stars if it wasn’t for the inflated rating due to this. Still a solid restaurant, and I would come back if I was in the area and it was convenient. I have had better ramen in Vegas so I wouldn’t go out of my way. The service was great. I would like to add that I did not partake in the free menu item for this review.

I should note that they’re not specifying that the rating must be five stars, but realistically nobody is going to give a bad review and then show them to get the free item. So this is deceptively inflating the overall rating.

Yoshiharu Ramen was such a pleasant surprise. Walking in we didn’t have much expectation but we were totally floored by how flavorful and beautiful their dishes are. We ordered the lobster ramen, St. Louis ribs ramen, some sushi rolls, a bunch of appetizers and some wings.

The wings were super juicy, ramen broth was flavorful, and appetizers were made perfectly.

I had a fantastic experience at Yoshiharu in Vegas! The food was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. The prices were reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of the meal. The service was attentive and efficient, with our food arriving quickly after ordering. The atmosphere added to the overall experience, providing a cozy and inviting setting. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

This place has been like a rollercoaster. Over a year ago, it was mediocre at best. Then they went under new management and had a new “Grand Opening”, and it became amazing. My wife and I put it up there with our favorite place we used to go to when we lived in Korea.

However, recently they changed their ingredients and menu. Instead of 4 pieces of good chashu, now you get 2 pieces of a different less appealing cut of pork. When you order an extra egg, you get half instead of a full one. The worst change is the noodles. They used to be great, now they’re like instant Top Ramen. Icing on the cake? They are the consistency of when you over cook your instant noodles at home and they become slimy and mushy.

I couldn’t even finish my bowl I was so disappointed. This went from”the spot” to a depressing memory.

To top it off even more, they increased their prices. So they are cutting costs by sacrificing quality, and portions, while increasing their prices.

We MIGHT give them another chance, but I won’t sit down until I’ve asked if they’ve gone back to their better ingredients.

Two stars for Food, because they have the potential to come back.

Definitely my favorite ramen spot on the north side. I came when they first opened and a few times in between and they’ve made a few changes definitely for the better. They weren’t doing any sushi today which kinda sucked but the server helped put something off menu together that my daughter was happy with and I really do appreciate that.

St. Louis is probably the most odd ramen bowl I’ve ever had but it’s my go-to. The ribs are always delicious and tender. I really like the fact that they seemed to have stepped up the spice level too. I remember initially reviewing this location on Yelp that their spice was pretty weak and the 3 today really hit the spot.

I really like the ambiance of this location, how it’s divided in two sections and their booths all offer quite a bit of privacy for a nice date or just a quick bite. Music isn’t over whelming and the service has been good every time I’ve been.

Definitely going to keep coming back and recommending this location.
