“Unprofessional Staff Behavior at Romeo’s Pizza”
I visited Romeo’s Pizza at 499 Lancaster Ave, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 today to place an order. I spoke with the general manager his name is Alex, but unfortunately, the interaction was very unpleasant. I was trying to order a gluten-free pizza and a half-sheet pizza, but the manager became hostile and told me they didn’t want my business. I was shocked and upset by their behavior. I’m disappointed that I was treated this way, especially since I was just trying to place an order. “This guy deserves to get fired from the store.”

Pizza was decent. They had a 2for20 deal and I tried it, and don’t have anything overly negative to say. The crust appears to be out of one of those textured mats and the garlic sauce I got for one base was not particularly good. Otherwise just a decent mid-range pie comparable to dominos or something.

The gentleman’s name was Alex. He was very nice. I walk with a cane and he actually brought my order out to my car for me and scan my Clipp coupon so I did not have to get out of my car. Thanks a lot. I’ll be ordering again soon.

I hate to say it, but my food was a little cold last night. The workers were so kind. When I called them to complain, they explained that they were dealing with remodeling, and I can understand that. The lady on the phone was such a sweetheart and said I could come in and remake my own pizza next time at half the price.

Pizza was pretty solid would go there again if is wasn’t for the rude workers. I’m not one to judge people on a bad day but it seems like it always a bad day with them. They told me to go in the back and make my own pizza if it was so easy, and I did make my own pizza there because they were too busy rearranging furniture. That pepperoni was gas, workers not gas.

Burnt cold pizza, not even cut in slices correctly. Didn’t even get a full 6 slices, more like 5.3. And 4 wings for $10???? Seriously?! No way these measly wings weighed half a pound. One of the wings wasn’t even sauced! $22 wasted, NEVER AGAIN smh
