Placed an order in person. Requested light cheese. Received order and no cheese. Just red sauce. Requested to be remade. Handed me a pizza I didn’t order. I asked for a refund and a receipt. They refused to provide a refund receipt that showed proof of a refund. Proper authorities will be contacted. I should be given a refund receipt upon request.

I ordered the pizza the day before, then I called at the 10:30 to make sure the pizza will be ready by 11. It was not ready until 11:30!! I needed it for a birthday party that ended at 12 when we were literally kicked out and so everyone had to stuff the pizza down their throats to finish before noon. It was a truly terrible experience.
The pizza tasted good though and we got all 17 pizzas.

I am highly upset as to what occured tonight with my order at store 3333-A S Cobb Dr SE, Smyrna, GA, 30080. After my order was more than 30 mins late and missing a coke… Let’s talk about what really has me disturbed at the level of Idiocracy this delivery driver demonstrated. He only had $5 in change on him. I handed him a $50. The order total was $33.87. He was forcing me to give him a $11 tip. Highly dissatisfied, I naturally reached out to the store for assistance. At first, the floor Manager was attempting to ask how much in tip we felt comfortable with and he would have the driver bring the difference. As you can imagine, this was not acceptable. Only after repeated pressing of a better resolution, I was finally offered my money back. But this truly was not a resolution either as my husband has to work early in the morning and would not be present to collect said money back and I was on my way out. Needless to say; they ended up stopping by my place of residence, unannounced, then proceeded to call. Please keep in mind I was on a tight schedule because I had to get in to see an urgent care before they close at 10pm. So, I was not there to collect my money back. The SMART thing to do would be for the individual to buy a visa gift card for what I paid and have it mailed to me. Makes the most sense right?! That way it does not further disrupt my families plans for the evening.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received on 8/10/25. I’m only giving an extra star because the food eventually arrived. I placed an online order that took an hour and a half to be delivered. The driver appeared to be lost despite using GPS, and when the pizza finally arrived, it was no longer hot and the cheese was stuck to the lid of the box.
I attempted to contact the S. Cobb location multiple times, but no one answered the phone. I also reached out to Domino’s customer service, but I never received a follow-up regarding my complaint.
When a delivery takes this long and the quality suffers, some form of compensation should be offered. This experience was incredibly frustrating and far below expectations.

The status tracker in the app and inside the store was terribly inaccurate. There is a roughly 10 year old child WORKING the cash register and handling food. Ridiculous. The store environment was not professional at all and felt dirty

The employees here don’t have an American work ethic. Thus, they don’t care how long it takes, they don’t care about quality, and they’ll even send a delivery driver to your door without your food. They don’t even check where they’re going. Never ordering from here again. Almost an hour and a half, and we got nothing.

Domino’s saved my night! I just moved to the area and being unfamiliar ordered from Papa John’s. it took almost 2 hours to receive it, burnt and cold. Inedible!!! so I looked online again and found this Domino’s very close by and the food is absolutely perfect and delicioso! And although I was quoted a time of 32 minutes 11:30 at night, the driver arrived in 15 minutes!! This is my new favorite delivery and I recommend them to everyone in the Smyrna area. This is what a Philly cheeseteak pizza looks like Papa, obviously y’all don’t know!!
