One of the employees stole all my money out of my purse when I left it there. Two people claimed the money was in there when they found it but all of it was gone when I came and got it. Manager is trying to sweep it under the rug but I will be fighting this one. I can’t afford this. I hope the employee enjoys my hard earned money.

So me and my fiance went to grab some ice cream for him and a drink for me while we were working, he got some type of blizzard that should have been gluten-free because he has celiac, can’t have any amount of gluten not even a grain and we had been going for some time, he had been doing fine up until the last couple hours now mind you we had plans to travel and now because of cross-contamination we are stuck at home I’m pissed because our plans are ruined but I had also found a black hair in my drink halfway through drinking it, my fiance frequently shaves his head and has brownish-blonde hair and I have long bleach blonde hair I know it wasn’t any of ours and I couldn’t even finish it cause I couldn’t get the hair out nor would I have wanted to finish it because that’s disgusting, I’m appalled that something that should be gluten-free is still getting cross-contamination because it’s still the same equipment, this has happened so many times when we go out because he still wants to do everyday things but we keep getting blocked because “celiac doesn’t exist, your just being picky and stubborn” when in actuality they are people too just trying to live life while everyone makes it more and more difficult there should be more awareness and advocating for celiac the fact that it’s not is ridiculous and shows that the only thing people care more about than money is seeing others suffer while they sit on their high horses

Great experience at this location. Our food was hot and the sundaes were cold! The restaurant was clean, and the food was brought to our table in a timely manner. $7 for 3 chicken strips, fries, a drink, and sundae!

They need to learn how to keep their seats and tables clean it’s absolutely disgusting like how can we enjoy some food when we are sitting on leftover food and junk we should not have to wipe down our seating every time we come in to eat

my friends asked for water cups and they got pop in them, which yes you’re usually not supposed to do but usually fast food places don’t care, besides that, when the manager gave us our food he saw they got pop in the free water cups, so he told them to go up front to pay for it, they had to pay over $6 for a small free water cup, that is more expensive than a normal small drink. the manager also was judging us and asking our favorite colors since we had black clothes on, and denying our favorite color saying it was black since that’s what we had on. before this happened, i’d go through the drive through and every time he was the speaker it made me feel uncomfortable since he would joke around making me feel dumb if i ordered incorrectly, when all i want is to just get food and go, but he has to judge how you order everytime. i’ve noticed all the other workers are nice and respectful, but then tall white manager with a beard has a weird attitude everytime me or my friends order

The service at the hwy 12 location was non existent. Did not even acknowledge I was there. I had to leave and come to this store and it was a HUGE difference. They were friendly and took my order right away. I was even greeted at the door and the ice cream was fantastic. Thanks guys

So the details of my experience…
I went there today earlier with a person that I work with.
That person is site impaired.
They wanted to order a large Coke.
We were at the drive-thru I ordered the Coke for the person.
The price for the coke would have been $5 plus.
My person doesn’t have that kind of money for Coke to be that much money.
So we turned it down.
So later today I’m working with a different person.
My other person wanted to go to the dairy Queen as well to pick up an item.
When we arrived we ordered the food It came to the window.
The manager also came to the window and requested whether or not I was the one who ordered a pop earlier in the day and turn down the $5 pop and left. I said yes.
The manager then proceeded to tell me something there was very cool about the menu board out in front of the drive-thru.
I said what’s that?
He said The prices are on the menu.
So I explain to him that I was with a person who was visually impaired and had just asked me to order the coke.
No more no less.
When the person heard the price they changed their mind.
The manager was being very condescending.
And made an issue out of me not picking up a coke. For a person who was visually impaired when they made the order .
The manager was rather condescending in his attitude and kind of smug with his responses.
If you want good customer service don’t go to the store go to an across town there’s another dairy Queen over on highway 12 I suggest you go there if you want good customer service don’t go to the store go somewhere else.
If you ever change your mind at this store they’ll challenge you on it later for whatever reason obviously.

I’m not sure on the guys name but he is always in the drive up window and absolutely disgusting. He full on grabs me hand everytime when i give him my card or cash, asking me who my food is for and why aren’t they there with me to get my food, and if i have anyone in the car that he can’t see for example on one occasion, “do you have someone in the trunk”. I don’t see a single reason why any of this should matter or be done and it’s disgusting and concerning that someone like this is employed in a place where families go to enjoy a meal. I really hope this location stars looking at who they are employing.

Nice clean restaurant, and very friendly staff. Came in near close, and still had great service. The young man at the register was so nice and welcoming. I would return just for him alone! Manager was very friendly as well. One of my best experiences since getting to Willmar!
