I walked in here on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. The ambiance is really nice here. Quiet, peaceful, but warm. The service is fast and friendly. They have the type of food where it’s good in the first bite, but gets even better as you eat it. I had the pho. I’m still thinking about it a week later- will be back.

I think it’s fairly well known by now that this place has an employee who isn’t exactly pleasant — I believe his name is Min. I debated whether or not to post this review, but it’s the kind of feedback I personally wish I had seen before deciding to order here.

The pho broth didn’t taste like pho at all. It came across more like a very bland beef broth, with little to no authenticity.
Service: 0/5
Oh boy…I ordered pho to go and paid extra for additional broth (+$7). When I got home, I noticed the containers were missing a noticeable amount of soup. I called to ask about it, and unfortunately the conversation went downhill quickly. The employee who answered — Min, I believe — was extremely rude and eventually hung up on me.
I called back to ask why he hung up, and his response was simply, “Why not?”
I’m not sure if this was meant as a cultural misunderstanding or just poor customer service, but it was definitely off-putting .
Min gave the phone to a different employee named Kevin afterward. He was kind, professional, and sincerely apologized for the interaction. At that point, I felt super bad for even bringing up the issue and explained that I was mostly just curious why the broth level seemed low. Kevin explained that their to-go containers hold around 30-something ounces, while the standard amount of broth served with their pho is closer to 20-something ounces.
I thanked him for taking the time to explain and ended the call.
So… in the end — the five stars are for Kevin

I ordered through Uber eats, so I was not able to write the service or atmosphere accurately.
However, I would like to know how this place has 4.7 stars?
I ordered pho and basil shrimp rolls.
I was unable to eat any of it. The peanut sauce was watered down, which I didn’t even know it could happen. The role contained noodles, lettuce, and shrimp. The far was shrimp, and even before opening the to go container, it smelled awful. I threw it all away without tasting it.

I stopped in feeling very excited and left completely disappointed. I am a huge pho fan and have eaten pho at many restaurants over the years, and this was honestly one of the saddest bowls of soup I’ve ever had.
The service was very underwhelming. The gentleman working that day seemed annoyed and acted like he couldn’t be bothered. I asked for chili oil and was given the tiniest little container, and he never came back to check on me, ask if I needed more water, more chili oil, or anything at all.
Unfortunately, the broth itself was very bland, which made the lack of chili oil even more noticeable. Even the fresh spring rolls were disappointing. They had no basil at all, just shrimp, sprouts, and clear noodles, so they were completely flavorless.
The combination of poor service and bland food makes it safe to say that I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone else. When I’m paying $20 or more for a bowl of soup, I expect it to be hearty with a rich, flavorful broth. This was not it. Also, the tables were sticky, GROSS!

Came here after shopping at Avalon, it was a Saturday afternoon, (kinda?) perhaps around 5. It was a slow day which was perfect for my mom and I. I ordered the P5 (beef pho) and my mother got p8 (she thinks its p8, but it’s a shrimp pho) we also had a chicken sandwich Togo, we don’t know how it taste yet but it looks delicious! The service was fast, broth was excellent, noodles were cooked perfectly, and my beef was so soft and tender, it just melted in my mouth. The price is reasonable and the serving size was huge (I even had to get it to go) the atmosphere was great, love the cleanliness, and workers were nice and welcoming!!

We came on a Monday night around six, pretty empty so the service was really fast and the waiters were really friendly. We ordered a beef brisket and filet mignon pho – good amount of meat, and it was not chewy at all. very tender. Also ordered the special banh mi – the bread was very crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside, I personally didn’t like the pepperyness of this banh mi, but would try other ones!
Very clean and well lit seating, personally enjoyed the large TV for entertainment.

I’ve been here twice. The first time I went with the wife and kids. We did not like the server: he was unfriendly and borderline rude. The food was average, at best. We left the place unsatisfied. A couple of months later (yesterday), we went back, by accident–i.e., we looked up “Vietnamese restaurant” on google maps, and found this place without realizing we had already had a bad experience there. Well, the same server was working at the time. He was the same dry, unfriendly, rude person we had already experienced. We decided to leave immediately and go somewhere else. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!!
