Music is just too loud and obnoxious. Nice space but it’s tough to have a conversation. Coffee is your usual Starbucks. Cups from Starbucks always seem to leak. I don’t order it through the drivethru anymore because of that. Good internet connection. I go if it’s convenient but not out of my way.

Stopped in here. Store wasn’t busy inside. But the drive through was. We waited and Camilla walked up to the computer was not even there. Had an attitude and said “ are you ready to order” I said yes. She immediately said I’ll take your order now. Very rudely. She had an attitude asking what payment I would be using. The second order she was just as rude. Getting our drinks the man set them down and mumbled under his breath “ya your welcome.” Nobody was nasty or made any comments to them. I don’t think Iv ever been treated so poorly in a Starbucks. Everyone has a bad day but the two staff we did interact with were nasty. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to be happy and helpful.

I agree with many others about the extremely long wait time in line, every single time I go. Then, when you try and avoid this and place a mobile order ahead of time, if you are a single minute early, they give you a rude lecture. If you have such strong negative feelings about mobile orders, take it up with the CEO, not the customer. OR, improve your drink making times, as it takes literally 10 minutes with no cars in front of you to get your drink made here. The staff is so incredibly rude here, every single visit. Not worth paying $7 for a mediocre coffee to be spoken rudely to. I won’t be back to this location again and suggest someone either shuts this location down or has corporate do something about the staff.

My husband ordered a vanilla latte about 10 minutes ago in the drive-through and the girl asked if he wanted a blonde latte or a regular latte with vanilla syrup. He asked what the difference was and she says, “I don’t know.” Not even a “I’m not sure but I’ll find out” or anything. Then when he pulled up to get his coffee at the window, it was extremely hot and no sleeve was given on the cup. Absolutely horrible service.

I went through the drive through, ordered a White Chocolate Mocha. I don’t usually drink it right away while I am driving. When I did I discovered it was half full. This happened to me twice. The first time I was not that far away and went back. I went inside opened the lid and asked the guy behind the counter why I got a half of cup of coffee. He replied “we need room for the whip cream.” Really? I pay $5.75 for a coffee and I only get a half a cup of coffee because they need room for whip cream! For now on I will check my coffee level every time, IF I GO BACK AT ALL!! That’s a neat trick Starbucks for ripping people off.

I’ve been going to this same starbucks my whole life and never had a problem until recently. Now whenever I place my mobile order and go through the drive through to pick it up, they look at it and say, looks like this was only ordered X minutes ago! If you could place this more ahead of time or wait till the app tells you it’s ready to get your drink, that’d be appreciated.
This absolutely makes no sense and has frustrated me greatly for a number of reasons. First, we pay $7+ per drink which is already a ton of money for a single cup of coffee, and secondly, I could be ordering that drink right then and there in the drive through!! Which would be even less of a notice than my “X amount of minutes”. I’m not expecting it to be done instantly and im perfectly willing to wait (like you usually would going through a drive through). What I’m not okay with is being talked to passive aggressively or like I’ve done something wrong and that my order is a burden to them.
I hope management addresses this, because I genuinely love this location and have gone here for years. But the passive-aggressive comments lately have made the experience unpleasant, and it’s disappointing to feel unwelcome at a place I’ve supported so long.

Not a major fan of Starbucks regular roasted coffee, but love specialty drinks. Spring time brought us Iced Cherry Chai Latte. What a crazy & ridiculous drink! This needs to be on the menu year long.

I love this location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Today I witnessed an employee find a purse, ask everyone in the store if they’d misplaced anything, and store it safely. About an hour later, a woman came in to ask if anyone had turned in a bag and the two were reunited. I love seeing honest people just being great humans and this Starbucks location is one of the best places for this.
