Mrs.Rhonda and her team is simply amazing! It was my first time and they made me feel so welcomed. I know I asked a lot of questions but they were so happy to answer them, they made my food with love, and we laughed and talked about our love for food the whole time. The smiles were contagious at this Peachtree Rd. Location and the store was so clean! This is going to be my new weekly treat! Thank you all for making me feel like I was getting Sunday Family Dinner here at Willy’s! Mrs.Rhonda personally made our food with love and I will forever be grateful!

My experience at Wiley’s was as normal as other restaurants in the area. The vegan burritos were decent in flavor but nothing that really stood out. The portion size was fair, and while the food was fresh, it could have used a bit more seasoning to bring the flavors together. Service was average—friendly enough, but not very engaging or attentive. The atmosphere was casual and clean, but again, pretty standard compared to nearby spots. Overall, it was a good place to grab a quick meal, but not something I’d go out of my way for.

I drove down from north Georgia to spend the day at Atlantic Station with my sons, who live in Atlanta. When I arrived, our plans suddenly changed because we were working against a deadline, so we made a last-minute decision to stop at Willy’s Mexicana Grill without knowing what to expect.
Thanks to Rhonda and Shannel, we absolutely made the right choice. The food was flavorful, and they were patient, informative, and incredibly friendly, making us feel truly welcome. I don’t often try unfamiliar places, but I’m so glad I chose this location to spend time with my sons. Thank you, Shannel and Rhonda, for turning an uncertain moment into such a pleasant experience! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to this Wille‘s for almost 20 years. The food has always been excellent. I love all willies, but this one is special because so many of the people that I grew to know 20 years ago are still working there, still serving their customers, always smiling, always asking about my daughter amd my wife. Just tier one / grade A good people. Lydia and her friend whose name escapes me are such a joy and tremendous assets to the organization.

Came in very nice and pleasant, I understand days can be long, but the way the African American lady with the ponytail treats customers is totally unacceptable. Huffs and puffs and acted as though I was inconveniencing her for simply telling her the ingredients I wanted on the burrito and salad. I usually love willy’s, but unfortunately I will never again return to this location.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I had a very disappointing experience at Willy’s Mexican Grill. When I received my order, the food was undercooked, so I politely asked if it could be remade. The manager, Kena, was extremely rude and unprofessional in the way she handled the situation. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she acted like I was an inconvenience. Good customer service goes a long way, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I won’t be coming back, and I hope management addresses this issue because it completely ruined my dining experience.

I love Willy’s – it is by far my favorite burrito chain. But this Willy’s is not good primarily because of the manager. She is very rude and gives kid sized portions. I’ve asked for more and she just laughed and said “okay charge him for double”. See the picture…this has happened on more than one occasion.
