I never do these reviews, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I’m a single lady so I eat a lot of fast food (at least once a day, usually twice). The Wendy’s in federal way is always on point. They are fast, super nice, and my order is always right! I used to work in fast food so I know how hard it can be. The people here always seem to be in a good mood. I’m impressed!

My Door Dash order came without my sons nuggets. I have done food service/customer service for 20+ years. This location was absolutely amazing I called about my issue and they told me to come in no problem. When I got there they had my sons order and were so friendly. Will absolutely be going there and ordering again. Thank you so much. Keep up the amazing work!!

This place is ridiculous! I went through after work at around 11:00 pm. I’m the only customer at the time. I ordered a Dave’s single, fries, and a frosty. The fries were ice cold so they were going to remake them. I decided to open my burger and it was ice cold as well. At the prices they charge I just decide to get a refund and go somewhere else. The manager refunds me doesn’t even apologize or for that matter say anything to me. I ask her why they would serve me an ice cold burger and fries. She says with a sarcastic tone” We serve everything fresh”. What a bunch of BS!!! I will never go here again! Obviously the employees here could care less about customers. If you go here I highly recommend you check your food before you drive off. It will probably be ice cold!! Very disappointed!

Each time I’ve eaten here there has been an issue with the food. Im only writing this review now because I was gonna stop here with family but someone was yelling in the drive threw to where coming around the corner by the discount tire in the afternoon we could hear someone getting upset at ordering. Im guessing something was going on between the staff and this person but who knows. Their burgers used to be great but each time 4 times in a row they had a chemical after taste and when I came through and bought another meal to explain to the manager she honestly sounded concerned and I explained I wasn’t angry or anything but its like it was completely disregarded tho because when I came through a week later the exact same thing happens again. Got fairly sick after eating their Dave’s double and will not return to this location anymore after giving 4 chances spread out over 6 months. Not gonna put my gut through that ever again.

I placed a doordash order around 10-11pm two days ago, it was a $67 order that was cancelled immediately right after I placed the payment so I have to wait for my refund. It’s annoying and no reason for a cancellation. I’m writing this now because I finally have time but it’s disappointing when I enjoy Wendy’s food but not necessarily this location, it’s mid tier.

While the food isn’t bad and the service is decent, the orders aren’t necessarily correct. This has been an issue for years. The most egregious problem is the constant error with drinks. I drive a friend to and from doctor appointments in Seattle. She is a diabetic kidney transplant patient. She needs diet drinks. For some reason, she keeps getting served regular sugar drinks! This happens virtually every time and when she asks specifically if the drink is diet, she’s told yes. We are no longer going to do business at this location due to the incompetence and dishonesty of the staff. These drinks raise blood sugar and cause physical damage to the transplantef kidney. Avoid this location if you are diabetic or have dietary issues requiring diet drinks.

I placed an online order and more than half of my meal was missing from the bag. When I called the store for compensation, the manager, Anna, was extremely unprofessional. She questioned me in a way that felt like she was testing me, refused to provide the store’s address, and then hung up on me. Her attitude was rude and unhelpful, and she should definitely be reviewed on her job duties and professionalism.
Thankfully, Henry called me back, located my order, apologized, and offered to replace my entire meal. I truly appreciate that there are still kind and helpful employees like him.
Despite Henry’s effort, I still do not recommend this location based on my overall experience.

I bought just 1 item. A baked potato. I asked for an extra butter & sour cream. I’m always polite. Not any butter AT ALL & I was going to work. Maybe their loud music was too distracting for the DT cashier. STAY AT THE WINDOW & check the little things. USUALLY, accurate & friendly here.

Been to several places Wendy’s because they’re actually my favorite fast food spot. I go at least 3-4 times a week. This was the first Wendy’s I went to that charged me for 1 sauce packet after I just ordered a meal. Needlessly to say I will never be going to this Wendy’s again. I hope they get closed down.
