Went Blackfriday weekend and so excited to try their special for this season Mexican hot chocolate -so disappointed . You are better off with instant Swiss hot choco. Same for tropical tea, taste like super watered down drink.

I stopped by to Nordstrom on my way home from some doctors appointments and decided to get a drink. I really didn’t know what I wanted, but I’ve had a taste for banana lately. I asked the barista what flavors she had for an iced coffee of some sort and she gladly told me all the flavors(unfortunately, but not surprisingly) and what she suggested and we started a conversation. She was so friendly and sweet and patient. I ended up going with just an old French vanilla iced latte after all (haha), not to her discredit. She even wrote down the address of a spice place in town to try out. I believe her name was Miranda. And it was a simple act of kindness and a small conversation, but it really meant a lot to me after having some not great discussions at the hospital. I am usually pretty quiet and shy and don’t strike up conversations with other people I don’t know. There are those instances though when you just get really good energy from someone and it opens me up enough to have a nice interaction. It really made my day and I just wanted to put it out there that Miranda was a great barista, had wonderful customer service, and made a great latte

Terrible hot chocolate, basically Swiss miss in a cup of milk for over 10$. Rude staff- we ordered at 4:50, drinks were dumped on us and shutters closed on our faces before we had a chance to grab sugars. Would not recommend for terrible service and overpriced, low quality beverages.

This tiny little place is best found by thinking “downstairs Nordstrom,” and exit into the Mall and turn to your left. Tiny. Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. The coffee seems to be fresher than some places. There is plenty of seating outside of this little place and makes for an affordable break with some people watching.

Tiny coffee shop located next to Nordstrom in the Beachwood Place Mall. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer great tasting latte’s, tea’s, smoothies, pastries and snacks. The price of a Pumpkin Spice Mocha Latte in a grande mug was a little higher than expected at $6.50 though. The indoor fountain by the seating area makes it nice and calming and filters out other conversations. There are no outlets to charge devices so it would be difficult to work remotely here. This place is a great option to get your coffee fix while shopping.

Very very good lattes not going to Starbucks anymore when I visit this mall. I once visited Portland Oregon and was sad to leave cuz the coffee was so good but this place rivals that of a pacfic northwest espresso bar. Wonderful service would recommend to anyone.

The customer service is great . Fast drinks. Ever since Starbucks in the mall closed down , this is the only place to get coffee but I’m glad I discovered it . Better coffee in my opion.
