My partner & I had a short stay in Westpalm & came upon this food truck. We were undecided browsing for food reasonably priced & quick yet, not exactly craving fast food. And we weren’t in the mood to sit, waiting inside any crowded restaurants either. Our stop at Gochu was totally worth it. My guy devoured his beef burritos. As for me, the owner was thoughtful enough to whip me up this delicious vege’ rice bowl “because I don’t eat meat” but, let me reassure you, it all tasted yummy with the sauces. It was also our first time trying Jarritos!! Whilst we sat at the bench on our phones, our food was prepped in like 15-20mins. If we ever are in the area again, we’d like to try other stuff on the menu for sure!

Outstanding food and service; great job, Penny. The area my seem a little odd for a food truck, but the bulgogi is 100% worth it. And yes, the spicy pork IS spicy 🙂

Super cute Korean/Mexican fusion taco truck with great food and a kind owner. Try the matcha green tea cookie – she bakes them from scratch and they taste amazing. This isn’t a weird soulless ghost kitchen owned by some out-of-state company – so don’t hesitate to get it delivered if you can’t make it to the truck.

Perfect. Everything was perfect.
The kimchi, perfect. The beef bulgogi tacos, perfect.
The spicy pork platter & gochu chicken, delicious.
One very insignificant complaint…only open Tuesday to Saturday evenings. But when you’re making food this good, you need a two-day break to source great food & ingredients. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.
Almost didn’t want to share this place with anyone.
But it’s too good to keep a secret.

It’s all about Aesthetics
This is not Korean food.
I ordered the beef bulgogi tacos, The chicken taco platter, and a cookie which was the chai chocolate cookie. All I can say is that after having one of the Bulgogi tacos, one of the chicken tacos and also the kimchi rice that comes with the platter and the cookie a couple bites I have gotten sick I threw up three times and I’m extremely upset.Korean food is one of my favorite foods and a legit study how the food is made so for me when I saw that there was Korean food in My area I was extremely excited because I recently moved back down here and I used to eat Korean food every single day for years. So my excitement and expectations were extremely high and I was extremely happy once I started consuming the food I became extremely disappointed and I still do not feel well. First thing the kimchi fried rice is not kimchi fried rice it was disgusting and bland. There was no Kimchi to be found in this meal. There was no flavor in the chicken tacos. The bulgogi tacos tasted like they bought Bulgogi sauce and dip the meat in it and microwaved it.I am extremely disappointed because Korean Food has a love behind it when you cook it and you can taste the love when you eat the food and this is not it.I would not have mind spending my money at this location if it was actually good. But the fact that I feel sick after eating one of each taco and also a couple spoons of rice and a couple bites off of the cookie that’s a no-no for me. I’ve never been so disappointed in a food restaurant it is a disgrace to call yourself a Korean restaurant and not have the actual courtesy to have the food taste proper. Also as you’re working in the field with food it is really going to be cautious of how you treat the food because now I feel sick.I’m just completely disappointed. And now I cannot trust places that calls them self Korean restaurants in Florida. If I could give you an installer I would but I have to give you one which is why you have a one stop in but this is it zero stars negative thousand stars at his place I would never recommend this place is someone.

I feel I just found a precious gem that should be highlighted. I had three different tacos professionally garnished and made with skill and passion. The thought of every single garnishment added to each taco created a culinary profile that I have never experienced before. I was born and raised in Mexico and I have had dozens of different styles of tacos, these tacos deserve category of its own. Quality and freshness of the food rivaling the freshness of the food I grew up loving. The unique Fusion Korean cuisine created festive experience to my palate. The Red salsa have had everything you can imagine (from a highly enthusiast a spicy food), the salsa contained incredible spice but a beautiful flavor, not just hot sauce. Now the rice wow Flawless execution once again, Penny (the chef), recommended to use the green salsa to accompany the rice, this zesty not spicy sauce was music to my palate. For that thank you penny I don’t think I’ll be able to eat the style Korean rice without craving the green salsa.

Finally, the cookie, OMG! This cookie could be its own menu as a single item sold and people would be lining up the streets. A true Indulgence in every sense of the word. I frequent many places I rarely leave a review. But not leaving one would be a criminal offense. I can’t wait to try the burritos and the bowls. Will be back soon.

This is gonna be a long one so to sum it up : this place is delicious

I was ordering Uber eats to my hotel and my usual place had just closed so I found this food truck under my “healthy” tab suggestions
I had never heard of gochujang and after a quick google search was intrigued because I do love spicy food!
I decided to look at the reviews before ordering since it is a new place for me and the reviews were great! All but one… lol so I would like to address *that* comment by saying I do not eat a ton of Korean food but to say this food is tasteless is abbbbbsolutely a stretch!
I ordered the 3 Gochu Chicken tacos and the kimchi fried rice and they are delicious! So flavorful and well prepared.
I’m from South Ga and am big on my seasoning and sauces (lol) & I must say as someone who puts sauce on literally everything, the rice didn’t even need it!
Maybe next time I’ll see about a side of kimchi just to add to it but it truly is so good
If you’re considering trying this food, please do!
