The last two years of me enjoying the Wellsboro Dunkin, I have met so many awesome employees! I honestly can’t name a favorite because literally every employee on both shifts that I’ve seen or interacted with they are phenomenal, I’m jealous that I don’t work in an environment where everybody is that awesome, even with the younger new girls or gents they are so sweet so professional, I’m obsessed with this location because of the homemade donuts but the atmosphere and the vibe you get when you walk in.. it’s unmatched! shout out to second shift because they really do hold it down and a particular shout out to Logan 2nd shift, I don’t know what title he holds, I think he should get promoted and I can say that for everybody on second shift, I’ve always walked in and I see them all busting their butt cleaning but like they give off the best Vibe when you walk into that place the atmosphere is the best literally hands down one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts within the surrounding counties,

Drinks r always awesome, if something needs fixed, it’s an easy task , not burdensome and I also love how you can pre-order your own special munchkins a day in advance, or days in advance if you want to take a bunch of munchkins to a party and you want a specific type , they will cater to your preference to the best of their ability if you put the order in ahead of time. I mean they’ve done it for me, I assume they still do it and they are the BESTTTT

Met a few family members at Dunkin for a little brunch coffee Donuts breakfast sandwiches excetera, coffee was hot fresh and delicious as always the staff behind the counter was a tentative and had a great sense of humor and the atmosphere was friendly as you would expect in Dunkin’, all of our food and drink we’re perfect

Stop in get coffee and donuts as I do couple days a week. The film crew was there again ( caught another time ) Three customers ahead of me and by time I was waited on 9 customers behind waiting. All kinds employers making sure their faces on film. The lady behind counter doing her best but no help from others. I guess Dunkin Donuts employees is more interested in getting there faced on film than taking care of the customers. This has never happened in my business. Customers helps your company by returning and filming people are gone after filming done.

Wow. I go to this Dunkin Donuts often before work as it is within walking distance to my home. Lately, my experiences there have been less than glowing but today’s was just…. so bad. I ordered a cold matcha latte and asked thst it please be made with either 2 percent or skim milk. Before I could finish this request, the girl cut me off and told me they don’t have any of that and the only milk they use in their entire store is whole milk. I guess I don’t need to elaborate on the ridiculousness of that statement. So I had already paid and had to stick with my whole milk drink. that was fine, I also ordered avacado toast. this part was the last straw and reason for this review. I received a COLD, untoasted piece of bread with avacado spread on it. it was freezing cold and inedible. I had to throw it out. This place is the only Dunkin Donuts on the map that I have ever seen close at 7 pm every day? Like, it has not been good for a while but today’s experience was major twilight zone vibes.

Of course the coffee and food is great, but I’m super impressed with how well this franchise protects their workers and customers since the pandemic hit. I never fear to walk in. They kindly but firmly abide by mandatory face coverings and social distancing, for which I’m grateful. Other places I walk in and know I might have to turn around and walk out. Also–the curbside service is wonderful!!

This is a very clean, friendly and well run Dunkin. My only issue is the breakfast empanada. The crust was delicious but the ingredients way too meager. It seemed more like a cheese empanada with a small sprinkling of sausage and scrambled eggs. Come on guys fill this thing up! If you have to charge more that’s fine.

Great donuts great coffee. Only suggestion is lighten up on the creamer. I had a large iced coffee with 2 and 2 and it was like coffee milk. After that I chose one creamer and it looked like what 3 should. You can’t go down from 1 without adding it yourself and there are no creamers outside to do so. I did ask for an extra creamer on the side when I went to just one and never got it. It doesn’t impact my rating because they are a great team with a great product.

I would give them a zero if possible. The staff was incredibly rude when we tried to bring in our 4 younger kids today to pick out their donuts as a promised treat for doing so well today. We were all wearing the required masks, but we were 1 person over their ridiculous covid limit. Even another costumer offered to wait outside for their food so the kids could quickly pick their donuts but the staff refused.We are able to enter any other establishment in town as a family, but apparently not there to place a quick order and leave.

My order was right, everyone was nice and efficient, and I genuinely appreciate the efforts this team puts forth to keep their team and their customers safe throughout the pandemic. I thought I would get a sandwich and surprise my son with some donuts today. I went in and there was one lady waiting for her food … so I stood patiently at the counter. Once she left I still waited and no one came to the register. So I looked around and got their attention over where you pick up your orders. I put my order in and it was prepared quite quickly and when I finished paying it was ready. I then drove home and opened it all up and realized they forgot my sandwich. Which was actually the main reason I went there in the first place. I called them right away and they said I could drive back down and pick up my ham and cheese crossaint. So I drove back down to pick up my sandwich and got home…opened it and they messed it up by adding egg and (even though I specifically said no egg) and burnt both pieces of ham really bad. I could have broken a tooth on the ham if I bit into it without looking at the contents first. I won’t be calling back a second time because obviously there is no point to it. I won’t be going back there again.
