This nutrition place is the best in Cleveland!!! Nikki the owner, is so friendly and welcoming, has the best customer service and makes the best shakes and tea. She also has protein donuts and protein bites that are the best I have ever tried. Not to mention the shop is spotless and she always has it decorated so beautifully for any season or holiday!
I would recommend North Royalton Nutrition for anyone looking for healthy protein shake options and energy to get you through the day!

This honestly is my favorite nutrition spot to go to. I have never had a bad shake or tea here, and the workers have always been super welcoming. I was actually there during the incident involving the gentleman that left a bad review. As a bystander, what I witnessed from him was extremely degrading behavior and he was intentionally causing an uncomfortable situation. The owner really handled herself well, and was clearly protecting the well-being of her other customers.

All of the shakes me and my friends got were delicious. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this to people who like nutrition/protein shakes.
All of the bad reviews are very misleading. People who are complaining about them not using fruits and veggies must not have read the sign. It’s a SHAKE TEA and COFFEE shop, not a smoothie shop. You wouldn’t go into Taco Bell and expect to see hamburgers on the menu would you? Also, people who are complaining about it using mlm products simply want to complain. Even if it’s true, who cares? The products are good, the service is good, and I think it is well worth it.

Today I figured I’d try something newer to my pallet, so I chose here since either pass by it all the time. First of all, the font on the sign is terrible, you can barely see it from the main road. Secondly, when I went into the store, they don’t mention anything about fresh ingredients or even have a place to store those fresh ingredients. Most importantly, how can you call a product healthy nothing in it is something you can actually pronounce? It’s all powders from questionable companies. Food is something you can see, feel, and smell. The only thing healthy in here is just the water, and the owner is just as deluded as the drinks they make. They add so much sugar and candy so certain drinks that it’s hard to even remotely call it healthy. I rather go to pulp, at least they have actual fruit.

Instead of washing dishes, someone should be personable and actively engaging with Customers. It seems like the two that were there had Anti Social Personality Disorder. I witnessed a customer talking to the owner, and the owner had her back turned to the customer. Terrible customer service. Ask how people like their Shake, Coffee, etc , instead of no customer engagement at all.

I’ve been to many of these nutrition places all over the country. This one is by far my favorite! They make the best tasting teas and shakes. They also have the cutest atmosphere here. Plenty of parking in the parking lot is a plus.

Was excited to have a healthy smoothie type of place in town. Turns out it’s just powders. Don’t understand why you have to order a tea and a shake. Was trying to find out the ingredients, it was like they didn’t want to say. I expected real fruits and veggies. None. They don’t have any. Just these powders that do not seem healthy at all, and taste weird. Disappointed.
