Had an online order for a veggie bowl and not only did they not follow any instructions on the order but also left out guac on a veggie bowl order which is marked as included on their site. They don’t have a way to get to customer service without the order number (if you’re aren’t logged in, you don’t generate one) and hence you are left with a bad experience. Pick a different location or support a local business instead.

The ingredients are still decent and the price is reasonable, but at this location the guac (and pretty much everything else) is so ridiculously salty that I stopped enjoying my usual bowl.
Unless someone convinces me they’ve actually fixed that, from now on, I’ll choose anywhere else unless Chipotle is the only option.

Came here on a whim to pick up a burrito bowl that would (hopefully) last 2-3 meals, and i asked for double carne asada. Not only did the lovely employee give me a very reasonable serving the FIRST time, but she was quick and polite as well. i was so impressed by the quality of food for the money i paid. i’ll definitely come back soon!

The food is pretty good. There’s a lot of options for seating, whether it is indoor, outdoor, at a table, or a higher table. The chips are delicious. However, they give very little portions compared to other Chipotle’s. They also often get orders wrong. Once, we had received an entire meal that wasn’t ours. The lettuce in the kids meal is also a mistake in our order (in image). Definitely could have improvement there. During the after school hours (around 3) is very busy, and sometimes the wait times are pretty long.

this is not first time at chipotle
but sadly veggies and white rice were were out – at 7 pm , and the guy at the store was rude as always wrt even sharing how many soft tacos are in one order , with one of the rudest behavior ever – he was not ready to add greens even after asking 3 times.
so messed up on order – even after clarifying 2 orders of soft tacos – gave only two tacos (what level of cheating is that) and literally no white rice veggies and just substituting greens

i do not support this business. they put the wrong order in the bag (it had a different name on it and the sticker order was different than the contents) also when i tried to call it put me through to a BOT! then i tried to get in contact with a person and it wouldn’t let me. why cant people these days just pick up the phone and not have ai do it for them. bad.

Ordered double chicken and struggled to find more than 3 pieces of chicken in the smallest bowl. Almost 15 bucks btw, the general manager was nice tho she gave me some extra chicken and rice. I’m not gonna lie though I had to pester and fight for some more chicken. Overall there’s no reason to be this cheap dropped almost 15 on this bowl you should drop more than 4 pieces of chicken, especially if I order double chicken.
