Their lamb is among the fattiest and most indulgent I have had at American restaurants. Many upscale places tend to trim off all the fat from lamb chops, which always feels like a pity for those of us who enjoy the fatty portions. Here, they keep it on. It can get a little rich if you eat too much, but it is undeniably fragrant and satisfying. The complimentary fries were also a highlight. The fries themselves come in three different flavors and the parsley version was especially good. The truffle dipping sauce was rich and well balanced. It honestly felt more thoughtful than the usual bread service. The rest of the dishes were all solid with no real disappointments. The only small drawback for me was that the dining room felt quite dim. The lighting is comfortable for the eyes and creates a nice atmosphere, but it is not very photo friendly. Perhaps the table lighting could be just a touch brighter.

I ordered the filet mignon cooked medium, and it was absolutely amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and full of flavor in every bite. The texture was incredibly soft, and the seasoning complemented the natural taste of the meat without overpowering it. You can really tell the quality of the cut. Definitely one of the best filet mignons I’ve had. Highly recommend it if you’re a steak lover!

It was a very nice surprise! I was staying at the Marriot Essex house in front of Central Park and the snow didn’t let us go to dinner to another place . So I make a reservation in the Bourbon Steak . Everything was really delicious and well cooked . Don’t miss the onion soup , it’s really amazing . The wagyu tartar and the truffle agnolotti my godddd ! And at the end the brûlée cheese cake awesome . Nice place with great illumination!

It’s a very nicely decorated place, but sadly that was about the best part. It seemed like only the bar area was open for the lunch time. The main dining room looked stunning.
I had the restaurant week lunch, and the food wasn’t great. They gave one small chip for two people, the salad was mid, and the burger meat was bit smelly for me. I ended up not finishing the burger. The french onion soup was great. Chips and french fries were bit soggy and tasted like they had been re-fried. The service wasn’t great for a such a highly priced restaurant. Maybe the lunch is just not well attended.
They have five gender neutral toilets without a common hand washing area. For some reason, all the restrooms were full, and the restaurant had only two or three tables at that time. Even the guy who was waiting in front of me thought that was weird. I left after waiting. Unfortunately, I had an underwhelming experience overall.

We had an amazing dinner here. The servers Christian and Dwayne were both very knowledgeable about the menu and the many options they have. The French fry flight was a welcome surprise, and equally tasty. We had the rib cap and the prime rib. Both were cooked to perfection and super flavorful. We look forward to returning in the future.

Last night my partner and I went to to Bourbon Steak after not being able to find a last minute Restaurant to seat us. We showed up over 30 minutes early and they let us in early! The ladies at the host stand were so extremely polite. We were seated in a beautiful both in the corner had an amazing view of the restaurant. The service from our waiter was really great other than a few miscommunications (over the french fries and not asking to pack up leftovers so if u like leftovers definitely ask!) ALSO the fries were served instead of complimentary bread so u dont have to ask for them and they were amazing!!! All of my food was delicious I had the ceaser salad, truffle mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes while my partner had steak and ceaser salad with me. He said his steak was cooked perfectly he just didnt care for the fatty parts, for me the potatoes and ceaser salad were actually perfect no notes however the mac and cheese was very different from anything ive ever had before because the noodles were baked standing next to eachother (see in picture) me and my partner enjoyed them very much! And they dont like truffles so if you like mac and cheese you’ll probably still love it! Overall the food was delicious, the atmosphere was so beautiful, and the service was amazing I can’t recommend enough if you like steak or American food. Also we saw someone getting engaged and it was the highlight of our night!!

We had an incredible dinner! The caviar Twinkie was a unique and tasty bite. The oysters were great. Steaks were great and soups and sides were delicious. Instead of bread service they greet you with a French fry flight with three delicious dipping sauces. The atmosphere is sleek and beautiful and the menu offers a great mix of traditional and trendy items from land and sea. Would definitely recommend!

Nice atmosphere, love the low lighting perfect for date night. Servers go above and beyond, the manager even stopped by and asked how our trip was going. I had two lovely servers bring my husband and I a little treat since they knew it was our anniversary. The entire staff was 10/10, even the food runners made a good impression. The food was delicious and I would most definitely recommend the bacon wrapped scallops *chefs kiss*. We are from Miami, we were only visiting NY for the weekend, but our server told us they also have a location in Miami!! Super excited to go that location now.

Some of the best food I’ve ever had at a steak house. Steaks near perfect. Baked potato and crispy brussels sprouts excellent. Ceaser salad very good but very overpriced at $24 for literally 8 leaves of romain, each barely the size of playing cards. Also, biggest issue of the night was waiting over an hour for the steaks to come out after the appetizer arrived. We knew something was screwy because our servers kept peeking out at us and the look on their faces told us they new they messed up. Offered us complimentary glasses of champagne when they saw me checking my watch which was nice. All that being said, still one of the best meals I’ve paid for and the staff was still kind and attentive. 4/5 overall, definitely recommend and would go back again.

They bought French fries w different sauces delicious…. For our meal I had the wedge salad . I loved there take on it …. My Friedan ordered the same . Desert was a decadent chocolate cake ….. definitely will go back
