Big Ben has a cozy atmosphere. There is plenty of push furniture, a nice case full of confections, and a friendly staff. Recently, I dusted off my French press and hand grinder, and discovered that Big Ben was local and carried whole bean varieties. They have a great selection to choose from, and I’m sure that I’ll be coming back again

The coffee is delicious. The service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy, quiet, and comfortable. One unique feature is the multiple small meeting spaces available. This is a great little coffee shop.

when you first walk in to the coffee shop, youre greeted by very harsh, bright white lights. the white lights are scattered throughout the shop, making it difficult to feel warm and comfortable.
some of the baristas are friendly, most of them seem annoyed that i want coffee.
the owner is a penny pincher: if the customers change comes out $5.04, she wont allow the employees to give the customer a nickel and instead makes them round down. so she essentially rather the customer be denied the proper 4 cents theyre owed than herself miss out on a single penny, which is absurd and selfish, almost hateful, but very hilarious and expected coming from a “christian.”
there are a few cruelty free drink options, such as soy milk and vegan syrups.
there is also a rewards membership but the majority of the time my rewards dont “go thru” and most of the employees wont let me know. the owner also doesnt allow points towards the rewards membership if its a holiday drink, which jesus would be absolutely thrilled about.

Great little place!!!! Friendly staff, VERY clean, delicious drinks. Perfect spot to have a coffee meet up. Love how the owners took great care in the design and making spots for cozy relaxing visits yet also remembering people coming there to do work. Bravo Big Ben for making a great small business in our town.

This place is an absolute treasure! Lots of coffee options including the fall favorite pumpkin spice! I don’t drink coffee so I got a hot chocolate and it was really delicious! Highly recommend this place. They also have meeting rooms and are working on the house next door as a meeting place as well.
