Unfortunately, I have to rate you down today although I have been a regular customer here. I really love the spicy laksa soup but I noticed on several occasions that the food is being prepared with negligence like today. I hardly found any chicken or seafood although I ordered a combination one. Nobody is willing to pay $20 just for the soup and noodle.

Ordered a stir-fried seafood dish, they only brought out a few bean sprouts and a little bit of capsicum stir-fried with melted fat and 2 shrimps.
Other than that they were burnt black as if the chef was angry because he wasn’t paid properly.
For that price you can have a delicious experience anywhere but don’t come here. The food served was inedible.

I ordered the pho Laksa Noodle bowl almost 4 times now( I like the taste, hence 3stars) with some alterations, but they always get it wrong and at times overcharge me for the same added meats.
English isn’t my first language either but at least shops should take ownership of their mistaken orders and not ask customers to pay extra.
Wait time is 10-15mins and atmosphere is fully slammed with people all over at food court.
+ even the packaging for take out is not so sturdy for the liquid.

Whilst the meat was tender in the Roast pork Bahn mi, it was so incredibly flavourless. I understand the price reflects the setting being in a major shopping centre food court but I won’t be purchasing from here again. I also bought an avocado smoothie. When I was charged, I notified the guy that served me that the prices on their board were not consistent with the price I was charged, he just muttered oh sorry, that must be the old price? Again the smoothie was lacking in flavour. Yes it tasted like avocado… I have had many of these before but wasn’t sweetened enough like the ones I have had previously at another of their locations. Rather disappointing.

Plenty of meat in the sandwich, but seriously skimpy on the veggies. Two little strips of cucumber, one little sprig of coriander, two sticks of sprouts…. Plenty of carrot shreds to hide everything. Not impressed.

I waited over 15 minutes for cold rolls despite there only being two orders ahead of me. No concern or urgency from staff. When they finally finished making my cold rolls, the staff put them in the fridge for display very unaware that I was standing at the counter, waiting for them. I didn’t end up eating them until much later as I had to rush back to work. Very unimpressed.

I took my kid there to have pho. He vomitted few times in the night and had severe diarrhea next day. I took him to Emergency and since that he had got fever and still has not recovered from it! Very poor experience! No hygiene!!
