I ordered a sweet fire chicken bowl to go on my lunch break. I noticed it smelled a bit different as I drove back to my office. When I took a bite, I immediately tasted shrimp mixed in. The shrimp threw off the flavor and was very chewy, so I opted to toss it all. Since I watched the staff member scoop it out, someone must have accidentally mixed shrimp into the sweet fire chicken bowl up front. Odd that none of the 4 staff even noticed.

For the first time ever, I received my order and it was burnt. I have ordered from here so many times before and it was always perfect. But Virginia, the lead, was absolutely the best customer service I have had for a long time. She was apologetic and helped me get fresh chicken. I will always come here

Pre-ordered one plate and one Panda bowl the charge me for a carryout bag that we were eating here in the restaurant watch your receipt and watch what they charge you for won’t be back because of this it wasn’t the price that they charged that she should have said something

Was so excited for panda tonight! I ordered broccoli and beef with super greens, and not only did I not have any supergreens, it was cold. Not just kinda cold, like fridge cold. That really tucked.

Very loud tonight. A high school team was in there and they were extremely loud with little regard for other guests. They didn’t get my order correct but did fix it. Orange Chicken had an unusual high vinegar flavor so I tossed most of it. Definitely not one of our better experiences at this location.

Idk what has gotten into panda recently. But the amount of cabbage has started to exceed the amount of noodles by an excessive amount. This is also the third time I’ve gotten the butt of a cabbage in the noodles. Please do better panda.

I was on a road trip with my family and ordered family meal online and picked it at this location. I was in a hurry to get to my destination ~60 miles away and didn’t check the items if the bag. It’s a big disappointment later when I opened it and saw that one of the “large” dish was just in a half-filled tiny box. I’ve had good experiences in many panda express locations and for many times when they had insufficient food for a dish, they would kindly ask me whether I was OK to wait until the new ones ready. At this location the staff just simply handed me the bag and didn’t bother to tell me anything about the missing large dish.
I filed complaint with Panda Express and the guest service offered a coupon of a large dish as the replacement of my missing food. This guest service is just ironic to me. They gave a coupon of one dish and expected me to buy noodle or rice in the store for complete a meal? If Panda Express truly wants to say sorry to customer, can’t they at least give a coupon for a 2 items plate or something at least could feed one person properly? Their customer service is a joke!
