Worst experience ever at a Pizza Hut! Had people come down with there kids from out of town. Ordered delivery and waited an hour and a half…called the up and the manager said I ordered pickup. Not true but anyway I said okay even after she said will be an additional $4. So we waited an additional hour and this is what was delivered (see pics) So I refused the pizza delivery and followed the delivery person who agreed that it was a bad order. It took me another hour arguing with the manager to correct the debacle. Poor management and service!!!! Not going there again.

Ordered two personal pan pepperoni pizzas and one order of boneless wings online and was given an estimation of order being ready in 19 minutes, to be exact, per the website. Arrived at the Elizabethtown Pizza Hut well past the “ready time” per my email notification and was told by the drive thru associate to pull up to wait an additional “7 minutes” for an order of FOUR boneless wings. All this having happened after waiting in line for over five minutes. Two cars were pulled up ahead of me as well as the one behind me. It’s always something with this establishment when you go. I’m surprised it’s still standing because honestly Papa John’s and Marco’s Pizza are far better. Spend the gas and travel outside of town for quality pizza and better service. Furthermore, the inside and outside of the restaurant are all outdated and in need of a major upgrade.

Only gave one star because I couldn’t give lower. We went inside to eat. No sweetener for unsweetened tea. Cold pizza on buffet. No cheese or bacon bits on salad bar. Rude wait staff. Plastic forks… They couldn’t even give you a real fork.

Excellent pizza! We’re camping at Jones lake State Park and didn’t feel like cooking for our last night here so we ordered a pizza. It was loaded with toppings, and perfectly cooked! Best pizza we’ve had in a long time!!

Ordered my pizza online and paid for it at 12:11 PM April 25, 2025. I’ve been sitting at the window with three cars behind me for 20 minutes. They finally come to the window and tell me it’s gonna be 20 more minutes before my order is ready. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I’m already late so I asked them to give me my money back. She walks away from the window comes back. Says we’re going to put it back on your credit card. I said that’s fine. Give me proof because you took back my receipt and I don’t have my food. Usually I don’t complain. I come here many times each time it gets worse but today takes the cake not happy at all. I like Pizza Hut pizza but the service is very poor.

I don’t know who worked tonight but they had a nasty attitude, i ordered from the app , as my app was loading it charged my card . Instead of the young lady explaining NICELY that it wasn’t in their database and that it never went through on their end ,she had a whole nasty attitude about it .
