The place was clean. We had some questions about the kids meal Halloween buckets and they were able to take care of us. Food came out quick, was great, and I’ll certainly be back.

Service is always good; however the food has to be the worst I have ever had. Not only is the food bad but consistently bad. Almost never fresh or hot. On my most recent visit all of my burgers tasted rotten and nobody could finish their meal. Their fries always smell like they cooked a stink bug. I really don’t understand how the people of Hamlin frequent this place. They could easily burn cat food at home that would taste better.

Do not order just a fountain drink at the kiosk or else you won’t get your order. Save your time and just get a drink from the dollar general next door. Stood there for a little bit waiting for my cup, and multiple employees walked by saw me standing there and did not acknowledge me, acted like I was not there.

Pretty average fast food. My order was hot and correct so that was good. No napkins or salt or ketchup. Also the fries were hot but placed upside down in the bag. Drive through time was reasonable. The person at the window was pretty friendly. Very meh experience but it’s fast food I don’t expect much.

Paid items are not there when we get food. Half of our order is missing. When i called they said I’m sorry hopefully it won’t happen again. But all employees are on their phones at drive through window again including the so called management. They claim they have all new people which I really don’t doubt but surely someone in the place knows how to make a burger correctly.
