I will NEVER order from this place again. I ordered two items through Uber Eats: half a chicken with rice and fries, and pork ribs with beans and fries. When my order arrived, the beans were spilled everywhere and the fries were completely soaked in bean broth. It’s unbelievable that they wouldn’t put the beans in a separate container. Instead, they poured everything into the same non-leak-proof container, ruining both the fries and the meat. This shows a total lack of care and common sense.

The food at this restaurant is genuinely excellent and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the customer service does not match the quality of the food.
After raising a concern in a respectful manner, instead of receiving clarification or support, I was blocked from contacting the business. My friend was also blocked, which was especially disappointing. Blocking customers for providing feedback is not a professional or appropriate way to handle concerns.
Constructive feedback should be viewed as an opportunity to improve, not as something to silence. While the food is very good, the overall experience was negatively impacted by how the situation was handled. I hope management takes steps to improve their communication and customer service moving forward.

I normally loveeeee this place food always arrives hot , fresh and within a quick amount of time but lately they have been falling short. I called and ordered the number 10 fish and when I tell you I was served the tiniest fish. I also ordered buffalo wings and got regular wings which wasn’t the biggest deal my main issue was placing the order. I repeated my order 3 times 3 different ways and still it came messed up .

So today 11/10/2025.i order steak & shrimp combo,and I must say this was the worst food ever.the steak was tuff i had to season it with oil,butter, onion,garlic & westchester sauce and recook it.the beans was plain the sauce from the beans was thick,the yellow rice had a baby spoon of vegetables, and I never received the shrimp.call the restaurant and they was no help. First they said contact uber because he never asked for the shrimp. Howis the Uber driver ask for shrimp? When your package is already bagged and ready to be delivered. Then she.
Told me I can come to roseanne park and pick up the shrimp cause they don’t deliver to my location, i’m sorry but they will never receive my service again.

The place is a small, mom&pop shop type of establishment that is specialized in BBQ in a simple but tasty way. Not much of sauce selections or meat marinated in fancy or exotic ingredients. Just good old fashion salt and black pepper, grilled distant enough from flames so you can have the best flavor possible from the meats. I’ve beef and pork ribs, but they also have chicken, sausages and fresh deep fried empanadas (that’s what they call it, but in Brazil or Portugal, it’s called pastel). By the way, the US and Portugal flags outside make you believe that once you’re stepping in, the greeting will come in Anglo/Luso way, but the chefs are not from that side of Europe whatsoever, so don’t be surprised. But that doesn’t mean that food quality was affected negatively. My dish came out deliciously flavorful enough to make me leave the place absolutely satisfied and eager to write them this recommended. I’m very skeptical about where to write about, so if I dedicated my extra time to share an experience with the world, it’s because it worth the time spent, either because it was awful and people need to know about, or if it’s excellent, as this place that totally deserve a visit. Now, having said all that, here are a few things to keep in mind: if you wanted to have the food for your family, just give them a call and order for take out. It’s not very family friendly because it’s too small to have more than 2 people together eating and talking comfortably. Also, because of the limited space and closeness to the grill, the place felt warm, but due to the great exhaustion system they have, you won’t leave the place smelling like you’re also grilling in there as well. And finally, parking, that’s a bit of a difficult, so you wanted to come from the streets on the side and park your car there or just quickly stop to pick up your take out, as in front of the place, which is in a corner, is prohibited to park between 6am-6pm mon-fri, obviously you won’t find spot to park on the weekend as residents and guests will have their cars around and possibly occupy the little spot. Other than that, enjoy their food. Portion is very sizable for the price and meat comes grilled excellently. Not reheated, freshly grilled. Worth the stop! I went to Stephanie’s for a quick lunch the older lady was nice and the food was good but they forgot the red beans with my meal. I ate some of my food and said to the younger lady working ( older lady was on break eating) I’m going to take the rest to go can I have a container and the red beans that I ordered with my meal. She double checked my order and said we didn’t charge you for them. I said but they were ordered and I would like to take them with the rest of my food. She scratched the RB off the order and said it’s the same price with out with our them. I said fine then noticed I was paying a $3.02 added on top for poor service. I asked for water didn’t get any. The food was decent but the customer service was poor.
