Waited almost 30 minutes for a mobile order. It was almost midnight so they weren’t busy. My wife got a side order of chips & nacho cheese, which cost $2.99. The amount of cheese she got was pathetic. They forgot 1 of our empanadas and my daughter’s chips & guacamole. You would think after waiting half an hour on our food they would get it right. She told us it took so long because they were cooking our empanadas. Staff was friendly so I can’t hate on them. But come on Taco Bell!!! Yall gotta do better

Quite literally THE WORST TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN TO! Keith the cashier on nights tonight forgot SEVEN items on our ticket. We spent over $50, and then made a fat joke when we pulled up to the window. Then got the freeze wrong we ordered, forgot the sour cream, asked for extra jalapeño sauce on the quesadilla, and quite literally got NONE! Then when we called to let them know, he hung up on us, after we called him out on screwing our order up, and making a fat joke. Absolutely repulsing experience. NEVER AGAIN. Poor quality food, poor quantity. Absolutely ridiculous spending hard earned money and this is the service we receive.

Ordered on the app during business hours, and when I got to the store the “workers” hid when I pulled up. Waited around for a while, door locked, no answer at the drive through, and the workers who were in the lobby when I pulled up were never seen again. I only had a small window to pickup food, and they ruined it.

I eat taco bell 1-2 times a week, and this is by far the best taco bell I’ve been to. Maybe it’s because it’s new. Food was excellent, ordered a chalupa and you could tell how fresh the cooking oil was. Drinks were well flavored. Genuinely never experienced a taco bell this good. Keep up the good work.

This place is shaping up to be just as bad as the other Port Allen location. Stiffs you on food you paid for then gets an attitude when you tell them, also will put 1/3rd the ingredients in something to avoid having to make more. Only customer there, yet they make you go park in the parking lot to wait 20 minutes for your food instead of being able to use the drive through.

The young lady working drive-through at this time today have the absolute worst attitude. I work for DoorDash and an order was stolen before I arrived. She answered with one word answers and would not elaborate further when asked. It was very clear. She did not want to be there or help.

They just opened and might as well close $18 for lettuce supreme crunch wrap which supposed to be steak. The drink and what supposed to be a steak quesadilla is a cheese ball is all I got. Don’t even want my food are money back just close down waste of a good space.

Just had open the new store up, I had the worst food from a taco bell I’ve ever had. Food was cold hard and old. For 2 people I spent $32 that’s not a cheap meal I had to get a refund we didnt eat any of it….smh
