In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They were about to make history by offering a truly, better pizza. And now, over 40 years later, we’re at the top of the list when it comes to crave and taste. Try an authentic Detroit-Style pizza today. Only at Jet’s.

This place is very hit or miss. The quality of the food depends on who is working and what they feel like doing. I ordered an 8 corner Detroit style ultimate pepperoni pizza with a regular bake. This is what I was given. The pizza is VERY crunchy and not enjoyable at all. I personally will not be ordering from here again – which sucks because I have had 1 great dining experience here and the pizza could be great. Unfortunately, I’ve had more not so good experiences that has made skeptical of eating here.

I used to love Jets back up north. Quality is not great or consistent here. I ordered EXTRA sauce and they still gave me minimal. I don’t know why they’re so skimpy with their ingredients but it’s especially disappointing given the price.

Jet’s is always my go-to for lunch anytime I’m in or near Smyrna/Vinings. The customer service is consistently great, and my Detroit Style 4 Corner Pepperoni is always piping hot and delicious. The store is very clean, and the staff is super friendly.
As a Detroit native, pizza is a staple in my diet — and if you want true Detroit Style Pizza anywhere outside the 313, Jet’s is the ONLY real option. People rave about Chicago deep dish… until they try Jet’s Detroit Style. Then they’re instant converts.
You just can’t beat the sauce, caramelized cheesy edges, and always-fresh toppings. Jet’s delivers every time.

Our most recent interaction at this location was extremely disappointing. The assistant manager, Derrick, along with another employee, were belligerent and rude throughout the entire exchange. When we called to order a pizza that we have purchased multiple times from this location, we were told they no longer make it. As we tried to describe this very simple, standard pizza, the employee insisted—incorrectly—that they did not even carry one of the basic ingredients.
Confused by this claim, we contacted two other locations and were immediately told that the pizza we requested is, in fact, a regular menu item. This confirmed that the issue was not the menu, but the lack of knowledge, professionalism, and accountability at the South Cobb location.
The assistant manager’s dismissive attitude and unwillingness to address the mistake were unacceptable. Customers should be aware that they may be met with misinformation and poor customer service here. We will not be returning to this location and strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from it.

Really good pizza for the price. We ordered carryout and everything was still hot when we got back to the office. The guy serving was nice and the place seemed very clean inside. The cheese sticks were perfect. Will definitely do it again at some point. I reccomend.

I had walked in. I had walked in to pick up an order. An associate came around the corner and approach the counter. His response was yep.
I gave him the name for my pickup. He put the piece of Bock on the counter and just walked away. No, hello, no Goodbye, no, thank you. How professional are you? I didn’t give you bad customer service. Why are you giving me back customer service? Cause I spoke to you, and you would even say hi, I am not coming back

There is something so good about Detroit Style Pizza. The sauce and crispy crust is addictive. Pro tip: this location is not a sit down location. You have to get your pizza to go. Pro tip 2: cudos to this Pizza Restaurant for supporting Veterans – we appreciate your support!

Mmmm mmm mmmmm… Finally got me some Jet’s Pizza, totally worth the wait. We ordered the Jet 10, wish there was a bit more sauce to go with the abundance of toppings but it was still delicious none the less… Now, let me get into the Italian Deli Boat, mama mia
I would enjoy this deliciousness on its own… I’ve been looking for a good Italian sub and this hands down does it for me, yummy in my tummy… Thanks Jet’s

I ordered a pizza this past Saturday from the Smyrna location. I have never ordered from here before. I was not aesthetically pleased with how my pizza looked and called in. I still ate two slices and it did not taste right. Unfortunately, I ended up with severe food poisoning. It wasn’t just an upset stomach; I was completely out of commission for days. Within hours of eating, I became violently sick with intense vomiting, excruciating stomach cramps, chills, dizziness, and everything else that comes with full-blown food poisoning. This lasted for days, draining me completely. And with this being the only meal I had, there’s no doubt it was the cause. The fact that a restaurant can serve something that does this to a person is beyond disgusting. I’m extremely disappointed and hope Jets takes food safety more seriously. I VALUE MY HEALTH! Be cautious if you choose to order from here. Today is Tuesday and I’m just now feeling slightly okay.
