Charged $25 per head to hold a reservation. Wasn’t applied to the bill or refunded, we just actually paid that much for the table. Nothing included. We got there in time and still had to wait in the cold for our table. Place was empty, we definitely didn’t need to spend $250 on a reservation. They did a custom menu for us and the food and drinks were pretty good, but not amazing. Came out to $190/ PER PERSON. And that included two drinks per person and no dessert. Our waitress was nice and the atmosphere was sooo cute but was not worth it to come all that way and pay that much for mediocre meal. Actually shocked to see reviews saying “this is the best food they’ve ever had”. Absolutely not even close.

Nice plate presentation. My wife enjoyed the French toast that she normally wouldn’t at most places. My eggs Benedict were aight. Looked nice but flavor didn’t match. May be next time.

Brunch drinks are all good. Close your eyes, point, and you’ll be fine.

We ordered the cheese platter and the chicken and were very pleased with both. The drinks were also very well made. But the real star of the show was Gabby the bartender. Her professionalism and hard work are to be commended. She worked with zeal that impressed everyone at the bar. The Pink Cabana should be proud to have such a hard worker. Thanks again, Gabby!

We stayed at the Sands for a girls’ weekend and had dinner reservations at The Pink Cabana. We also enjoyed the food when ordering poolside the next day. (Steak frites was ok, and avocado tartine was really good. Highly recommend the Ginger Kicker or a spicy, sweet, refreshing breakfast drink.) Rachel, the GM at The Pink Cabana, is SO wonderful! She is truly an example of hospitality. She was helpful, warm, hilarious, thoughtful, and generous. Her staff was on point. Our server, Kristie (spelling?) could easily identify the items on the menu that could be adjusted for dietary restrictions. You won’t be getting the Gen Z stare here!! I love that they don’t crowd the restaurant so that the quality of service isn’t compromised. Looking forward to being back.

Food was super yummy but nothing TOO special! I would for sure go back for the atmosphere of the restaurant. The lobster roll was fine, but I believe the chips were better prepared. Staff is super nice!

The space is truly breathtaking, perfect for cute photos, as well as an incredible staff. Just after we sat, I swear there was three people trying to give us water and everyone was just super kind and attentive. Our server Mel as well as the hostess offered multiple recommendations for us to visit while on our stay which was super helpful. The hostess was also super kind and got us the table we requested which was super kind. Just overall great people and setting and I’m leaving stuffed, thank you!

Vibe/aesthetics 5/5. Food 2/5.
Unfortunately, the food is lacking. We had the prawn linguine and the Duck. Both were not up to the standard that I would expect given the price point. The pasta was a tad overcooked and the sauce just didn’t have much flavor. It was similar to something you could just make at home using basic ingredients from the grocery store. The Duck was just ok, it didn’t have much flavor.

We had an amazing brunch at the classic Pink Cabana! My first visit to Palm Springs, and my first meal was amazing! Eggs Benedict, shrimp, oysters, steak and eggs ALL recommended. As far as the burger … OFF. THE. CHARTS. AMAZING burger, highly recommended!

We were there on Thursday, Halloween and game 6 of the world series. Not busy. Food quality was mediocre. Ordered calamari appetizer and Mushroom pasta. Both were at best ok. The service too was less than expected, especially on a slow night. It is a lovely venue though. In our view best for a short appy and)or beverage & visit with friends.
