Worst service ever. I’m an Uber Eats driver and I came in for a pick-up last week. When I walked in there were two other deliver drivers standing there and after a few minutes of standing there without even the slightest acknowledgement of our presence I casually asked the others if they had been helped yet and they both said no. I noticed packaged food sitting on a railing and wondered if it was ours but due to signage preventing us from leaving the waiting area we were unable to verify whether or not the orders were ours. 10 full minutes go by still without being acknowledged at all. I finally stepped up and forced eye contact with one of the waitresses and asked if the food sitting on the railing was any of our orders. She got visibly mad at me and made a huffing sound like what I was asking was completely outrageous. Sure enough the food sitting bagged and ready to go was 2/3 of our orders. I felt bad for the driver that still had to wait, I’ve no idea how long he ended up waiting. And I felt even more bad for my customer that PAID good dollars for what I can only imagine was the coldest chicken Teriyaki ever received. Merchants are given the option to rate drivers but alas we not, so here I am. I wouldn’t recommend ordering take out from this restaurant. Your food is left in a non temperature controlled area and will not be given any priority after your money is taken.

cute space but does not make up for the restaurant. the tables are sticky and they take a minimum of 10 minutes to get your order when there is 2 servers and only 3 tables total. they are overpriced the miso soup alone in a small bowl is $8 compared to other sushi places that are typically $3.
nice looking place but not worth your time as they are pricey and expect to wait a minimum of 45 minutes for food. also never got drinks topped off in the hour that we were here.

We had a very disappointing experience. We waited for two hours just to have our order taken, while other parties who arrived after us were served and had already left. When the food finally came, the wonton soup was completely flavorless. The service was disorganized and inattentive. We brought a group of friends to try the place but were disappointed .. Definitely not coming back.

Hands down the best Chicken Fried Rice ever…per my son Enzo. Unfortunately, he won’t eat it when I make it so we’re here quite often. Always friendly, prompt and accommodating for the small things (extra place, small spoon, etc). Sushi is , so are the soups and entrees. I’m personally a fan of the Bento Box We’ll continue to keep coming, thank you for the consistency!

Passing through Kennewick and found this Japanese restaurant. Ordered the teriyaki chicken bento because if they can’t get that right nothing else is going to be good. Overall, the bento was a disappointment. Tempura pieces weren’t crispy, just rubbery. Grilled chicken seemed like they had been reheated. At least the miso soup was good. Hostess that took the order was friendly and helpful and that may be worth giving this place a second try.

Service was just ok. However, sushi was freshly made & delicious. The appetizers we ordered (cream cheese wontons & gyoza) were also really good. The restaurant environment is very modern & clean. I’d recommend paying them a visit.

My two girls and I had a great lunch! The atmosphere was quiet, welcoming, and clean. The staff was friendly, and quick to wait on us. They checked on us throughout the meal. The food went above and beyond expectations. We ordered 3 rolls, a plate of teriyaki, and a side of rice. It came to 41 dollars which was honestly a great value for what we got. I’ll be back again soon!

Atmosphere is perfect, Food is amazing and the owners really care about their business. If you’re looking for really good sushi and teriyaki this is the place.
With it still being a new business, one thing they are working on is cohesiveness as a team. Servers are attentive and kind but the kitchen to table experience still needs some fine tuning. The care they put into the food and service makes up for this.
I recommend eating here if you like delicious food

I had the teriyaki chicken Bento with Green Tea. Everything tasted great, including the sushi that I ordered Wasabi tasted storebot. But other than that, still really good.
