I ordered the hot link sandwich. No mayo, no toppings, about 5 half’s of a hot link on a bun. I also got a side of cole slaw which was an extra charge. I added that to my sandwich. It wasn’t terrible but I did not enjoy my meal. I don’t know what is missing but hot links on a dry bun with nothing else is lazy and amateur. The total was $16. Front counter worker seemed unhappy with life.

Overpriced , for mediocre sides. Potato salad has zero mustard, and coleslaw has zero flavor. Needs an acid to enhance it like vinegar. Brisket was dry but enhanced with spicy bbq sauce, and spicy mustard.

Great counter service and incredibly fast and tasty food. Smoked wings with dry rub and okra were incredible. The brisket and pulled pork Mac n cheese were big hits as well. Try the cornbread- it’s seared on a griddle with a honey finish.

Hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had for this price range, and the best I’ve had anywhere in Denver. Their pork is decent too. The baked beans are also really good like the best I’ve ever had so yummy. They have free water and good sauces. I would definitely recommend.

Best wings I ever ate in my life, and it’s not even close. Very meaty and tender, and super-flavorful. I’m from New Jersey and visit Denver from time to time, and I will never not visit Denver again without visiting Rolling Smoke.

Great BBq! Wanted the try the pork ribs and they did not disappoint. Have to try with the spicy BBQ sauce as well. Pork was not dry and had a nice smokey flavor. Came with a side of their version of Mac n cheese, it was okay, it was more of a pasta then Mac.

I’ve eaten here several times and I like it. I have celiac and they are mindful of keeping things separate to avoid cross contamination. They also let you know if anything you want to order isnt celiac safe. I usually have the brisket with beans and collard greens. I’ve never had an issue and so enjoy the food.

Order of their link and a quarter pound of the beef brisket.
Still as tasty as ever and just wished they had table service for a better dining experience, thus, the 4-star rating for atmosphere.
Overall, still a near perfect 5-⭐

Had the Burnt Ends with 2 sides (opted for the Collard Greens and the Smoked Mac n Cheese) and the Brisket w/ the Smoked Mac n Cheese. The Burnt Ends were tender yet burnt and crispy where it needed to be. They were good even without the bbq sauces available (Spicy and Medium). The spicy had a zing to it which I loved. My husband was all over the Mac n Cheese but I loved the Collard Greens which had a little kick to it. BTW, there is no table service as they operate out of a counter BUT, there are communal tables and chairs right in front where diners can enjoy the food. Definitely will be one of our favorites.
