They messed up my girlfriend’s ordered last night and they were closing but we went down today and they refunded her money and we’re very polite and professional

I always enjoy dinner here. Wait staff is friendly and food is prepared just right.

Update, last few times we had eaten there, it has gone downhill very quickly. The peach pie was truly terrible, dough was raw and it was terrible. They refunded our charges for the pie but I really wasn’t lobbying for that. Just wanted them to know so they wouldn’t serve that pie to anyone else. It’s a shame because they are close and used to be darned good.

We frequently visit this Eat N Park and haven’t had any issues. We love the staff, especially Nikki and Terrence. Terrence is a real funny guy and almost always remembers our drink order. Nikki is sweet and friendly. We may have had a “well done” meal once or twice but they always correct it. Eat N Park gets a bad rep but it’s inexpensive and reliable.

Stopped by here on my out of Pittsburgh to buy one of their pies. People are overall nice and Sarah stopped me to offer to slice the pie in case I wanted to munch on it on the road. There was another young lady there with a good personality who talked to me while I waited for my pie but I did not catch her name. 4 stars only because I didn’t get the chance to sit down and eat here but their customer service won my review. Great job ladies!

We love Eat N Park and this is right around the corner so I make this our go to for dinner nite out. I am concerned that this spot is not as good as It once was. The whole time we were there from 6:15 until 7:30pm never once was the salad bar replenished or even wiped down (there was a tomato smashed to the floor right in front of salad bar) my son pointed out to the server and it was still there when we left..So I was asked how was everything? and I replied well we would of enjoyed the salad bar with our meals but the soup was empty and there was no lettuce and cheese, she paused rolled her eyes and said I’ll tell them.I really hope you can find some people who care more about the Eat n Park brand and like to do there job.We enjoy going here and hope it turns around.

We absolutely LOVE dining in or taking out. Terrence, Tayvon, and Nikki are all our favorite wait staff and it’s a great to visit them each time we come in! They remember us, call us by name, and treat us with incredible service each time. It’s a pleasure to keep coming back!

We had a great time here, our server he was excellent. This was the first time I ate at this Eat n park location and brought my family there who were visiting from Florida. Everyone was pleased.

I sat there for 15 minutes and I had to ask for forks and spoons. Got my food right away. No it’s been 20 minutes still waiting for someone to come ask me if I’d like a refill on my drink. The server was horrible. Don’t think I’ll come back for along time. Finally after 20 mintunes I was asked. I think that eat n park should have either offered people a refund or gave each person a free meal for there awful service that was received.

Sad to see this location is closing. I started coming here as a teenager back when it had car hops. Later, it became a more family friendly restaurant and when I got old, I could still find meals that fit in with my dietary restrictions. I will truly miss this restaurant.
