The only reason I rated service lower than anything else is because it takes a while if you have a large party PREPARE to wait but they still keep you full with entertainment and enthusiasm. Tabitha was my server today and she did wonderfully I and my family had no problem’s she deserved the tip I left her! Also the food any type of food it’s worth the wait that’s why it takes so long. My rating out of 10 I give it a solid 8! The best place to eat if John one of the managers gets to come to your table feel special he’s one of a kind!

Excellent service. The food tasted great. Very reasonable prices. Our food came out quick and was delicious. Many choices for draft and bottle drinks. Multiple TV’s with all the games on. Definitely a good spot to hangout for a few beers and catch a game or enjoy some good pizza and great beer.

We had a small hiccup with our order as it originally came out with bacon and pork, which we can’t eat due to religious reasons. However, the manager handled the situation very professionally—apologized sincerely and immediately offered to remake our pizza. The service was thoughtful, and they really made the effort to make sure we left happy. Really appreciate the great customer care!

Service and food is always great! The bbq chicken pizza was so good, we will be ordering it again! Everything we have had has been good. We love the garlic cheese bread too! Our server Shannon was fantastic, very attentive. Our food was served in a timely manner. We will be back of course!

We never got ANY SERVICE AGAIN in bar area n this was 12:30 n NOT BUSY!
We left after getting seated at high top table in bar and no greeting or any recognition by bar tender WHO HAD NO OTHER TABLES to serve!!….then 2 other people came in several minutes after us and sat at bar and they got greeted, then waited on and GOT DRINKS and we got ignored TILL we got up to leave….then bar tender said, “I’m about to come over there sweetie,” we said, “Forget it!” Not going back…..this has been multiple times they CAN NOT GET IT RIGHT! Poor training and poor management!

I eat gluten free and the gf crust here is good but cauliflower crust is even better! Da Bomb and Pollinator are favorites. Highly recommend the patio at the Benton location!

Everything was okay. Pizza options were good. I ordered pepperoni and it was very hot when it came out and I had to wait about 10min to eat it due to the hot grease. But once it was cooled it was very good. We also tried the hot honey one I wasn’t a fan of the sweet sticky taste but I’m sure it’s good to a more refined palette lol. Overall. May be back.

This place was awesome! From start to finish it was a great guest experience. We were sincerely welcomed in and sat promptly. We had great service. Our waitress was completely attentive without being overwhelming. The food was phenomenal. Some of the best pizza I have had in a very long time. They have a great menu with lots to choose from. Everything was fresh and absolutely delightful. Highly recommended! We will be back.

First of all, I would like to say thank you!! My first day home right off of the plane from overseas deployment, and they absolutely nailed it! They made us special pizzas, they gave us the best service! The food was awesome, and the atmosphere was outstanding. They treated us like family. Chris, the manager, went out of his way to make us his bosses famous Jefe Pizza (taco pizza) even though they no longer have it on the menu. Hideaway Pizza will forever be our spot of choice. 20 out of 10 the bar tender was outstanding as well!
