Nice service for my family and gave us a rose on Valentine’s Day when going through the drive though at 8:45am. The biscuits were heart shaped. Thank you! It made my morning ❤️ areas of improvement: they weren’t busy but had to pull over and wait for our meal for about 7 minutes. No one ahead of us and it was the chicken supreme that we waited for. But everyone was nice.

If I could put 0 I would. Me and my daughter got to the restaurant at 8:29pm and ordered a 12 piece meal. I was told by Kameron it would be 35 minutes. I asked how much chicken do they have and he said enough for a 4 piece meal! Really?? I get to the window and Kameron asks me “do you really wanna wait 35 minutes” and I said yes. He said oook. I knew then it was an issue. I literally waited 35 minutes for what should have been fresh chicken and this is what I got. Never again! And I really hope Kameron was the Caucasian middle aged man in red at the window because that was the name on my receipt

Absolutely the best service. I ordered 12 Bo berry biscuits they didn’t have 12 ready no biggie they were so apologetic. Pulled me up again it no biggie rushes happen. This sweetest girl ever brings me out a sweet tea while I waited. Everyone was so nice smiling faces just a great environment.

I am incredibly thankful to the management team and staff who were working last night around 6:30 PM. They seamlessly accommodated a very large order, 40 pieces of chicken, six family sides, and drinks, with absolute professionalism. Everything was packaged securely, and they even carried the order out to my vehicle. I was informed they had two additional large orders shortly after mine, yet there was no panic or frustration, just calm, respectful, and exceptional service. Thank you all so much for going above and beyond!

Great service, Great food, went to visit approximately a little over a couple of weeks ago on the weekend. The cashier worked both the register and the drive through.
He was good at his job,very efficient and paid attention to detail. All the food was good but especially the biscuits were delicious. My family and I enjoyed the experience.

Bojangles is usually very consistently good restaurant. My wife and I have eaten at this one several times. Today. The weight was incredibly long and my wife’s three-piece Mill had two incredibly small pieces of boneless chicken. each one of them together would not equal of the boneless chicken in my meal.

The service was terrible. At 10:30am and the lobby was empty. The lights turned down low. We waited in the light for 15minutes for someone to acknowledge us to take our order. When we asked is anybody going to take our order. The lady putting up cups and tops stated I didn’t know you was ready to order very nasty and then started shaking her head back and forth. She was very nasty and disrespectful. We just left. This place is terrible. The workers ignore you and nobody wants to their job but play on there phones.

I decided to go here on 11/15/24 after photographing bald eagles. I wanted egg & cheese on a dark biscuit, and I got just that. Almost a little too dark, but I liked the way it was cooked. Only complaint I have is, I did not get my receipt. I would recommend this location.

Sat at the speaker box in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. When we got to the window, we payed, got our drinks & got pulled to the front to wait on our food. We were waiting for another 20 minutes while watching all the cars behind us leave. I had to go inside with my receipt where I waited another 10 minutes for one of the 6 employees standing around and talking to come help me. Every employee looked at me but didn’t greet me. After 10 minutes, an older gentleman in a green shirt from the back came and helped me with my issue. He was very apologetic and understanding and he remade our drinks & gave us extra & fresh bo-rounds & a free fry. He had asked the employees just standing there why I was out there for so long and they had gotten an attitude saying “I’m waiting on bo-rounds!” I am thankful for the efforts that older gentleman took to make things right, but I am quite disappointed in all of the other employees in how they handled the situation. I work in fast food as well & customers always come first so this overall experience turned me away from this location. I hope the guy who helped me is able to find a place where he isn’t the only one doing his job & going above & beyond.

Cashier is rude.
Order one gallon of sweet tea with 8 biscuits.
She gives me only 1/2 a gallon.
Get very aggressive when I said I ordered 1 gallon. She said she charged me for 1/2, I said ok charge me for the other half. I didn’t ask for anything free. She assumed that I wanted free stuff. Anyway I only got 4 cups for my one gallon of sweet tea. She can not give me more. I asked her to charge me for four more cups, still gets very aggressive with me, I’m not asking for anything for free. She proceeded to tell me that I was rude to her when I was leaving. This girl has an attitude problem. I never said anything offensive or rude to her.
