Had to delete my original five star review from when they first opened. Quality/service has consistently declined. One order was the pepperoni lovers and we got about 20 pieces on it, we rarely get our sauces, this time we ordered no mush (seems there was extra), it’s always something. Yes, we can be compensated, but that gets old with EVERY order. And yes… we will stop frequenting this establishment after yet another wrong order.

I did an online order for 48$ and some change. Sent the husband with the only money we have 100$ bill. Now they refused to take our money because they weren’t 20’s or lower! Like what?! I have worked in restaurants my whole life and for my payment to be refused is crazy. The food was made order done online and nothing online stating they don’t accept any bills over 20! I am mind blown at this whole situation. Do better Pizza Hut!

Please stop using a 3rd party for delivery. My order arrived 22 minutes late and everything is cold and gross. We spent a lot too. Just don’t even put you offer delivery on your website if you outsource it to crappy services. Such a waste of money.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant!!!!! I ordered pizza was supposed to be at my house at 1:18 never showed up… called the store they said they would remake it and it would they would send it out… never got it … called the store again said if pick it up at 530 IT WASNT READY!!! I wasnt offered a refund not even for the delivery fee or any kind of compensation for this. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN

We ordered food last night that the short darker skinned boy who delivered our food took over 30 minutes to deliver it. We live out by lambs grove, it should not have taken that long. Our boneless chicken wings were great but our fries and my daughters personal pan pizza were cold. I will never order delivery from this location again.

My first visit there on a carry out my pizza was perfect. People working were very friendly. This time it was delivery to my work. The pizza really could have used being cooked a little longer and the pizza was barely warm when i got it. But the taste was great and the driver was friendly.

We had four pizzas and double breadsticks. The pizzas were perfect! Crispy crust, not overloaded w cheese and plenty of the toppings we requested.
We did not receive all our breadsticks, and when called they promptly credited us back and added a bonus to our app for our next order. Great customer service.
My only “whine” is not enough marinara w the breadsticks. Need to give 2-3 containers for ea order
