They are liars. They don’t do what has been done since the sandwiches first became available. Since 2020, they stopped making food the way the customer wants it. And, instead of just being honest, the woman at the counter decided to straight up lie. Yes dominos always let me have extra pizza cheese on my chicken habenero sandwich. Maybe its just wooster sucks and doesn’t care. For a FACT Westlake put extra pizza cheese on my sandwich every time i ordered it. But the lying to my face as if i didnt pay for it and eat it regularlyfor years before movung to this area is a terrible way to conduct business. Your employees need to be fired and you need to hire people that actually want to serve the customer what they’d like, obviously within reason. And by the way a different domino’s did it for me not too far but too far for me to go to regularly. I dont appreciate liars. In fact liars make me very angry.

I placed a timed order on 12/31/25 for dinner- I prepaid online. They never made the food- my husband waited 45 minutes past the pick up time in the lobby after being told it would be out in 5 minutes when arriving. They “ canceled and refunded” my order but did not actually refund. I have reached out to Alfonzo, I have reached out to corporate. Cannot seem to get my money back for food we never received.

Today they forgot an entire 8 piece of wings. Last time they forgot like $5 in extra sauces. We don’t want a credit to our account. We want our order fulfilled correctly when we visit your establishment. You can keep your credit. You can deliver my missing items free of charge to Shreve next time or I’ll buy next door from Donatos. Their food is better anyways.

Customer service is an absolute joke. I ordered chicken alfredo and it came with no sauce. Looked like butter noodles. I called and told them that and I was met with “I saw them put sauce on it” and then got hung up on. Called back and said the same thing and asked who the guy was that was rude and the lady said I’m not giving you that information and hung up. GM will be called and hopefully actually teach some customer service to the employees. Never ordering from here again.

Kind of ridiculous that you can’t place an order over $50 and pay with cash. Took my business elsewhere because I did not want to pay with a credit card or bank card and was told it was impossible to place order over the phone without placing two separate orders and paying with a card. I can understand not accepting $50 bills. But not being able to physically place an order for an amount over $50 is absurd considering it was just 2 pizzas and 2 sides. You’re not taking unauthorized tip money from me anymore 🙂

I’ve never had any issues in the past with this location, but tonight was a major disappointment. My wife and I ordered a medium pizza, one half was ham and pineapple, other half was pepperoni. I only ate 2 of my pieces because they all looked like this. Little no cheese. For $14 ish dollars I expect better. It may be awhile until I order from here again

Dominoes in wooster is a joke. Call at 5:15 for a 6:30 pick up. Get here at 6:30 and our order isn’t even in the oven yet. Says it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later still in the oven…. Highly recommend going anywhere else. Manager refused to do anything about this

Went for the grand reopening, wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve ever had, both pizzas were borderline incinerated, new loaded tots had seared cheese with raw bacon. Buffalo chicken was missing Buffalo sauce and had random pineapple on it. Wasnt the worst, but wasn’t that far above freezer pizza.
Again, not the worst I’ve had, but concerning for a slow time of day on their grand reopening day.

2/21/22 Stopped to get my normal cheese pizza and ordered off the app. Usually the order comes out perfect, it’s not hard, thin crust cheese pizza, cut in squares with extra cheese. ezpz, not tonight the cut job was awful, I work in pizza and that probably the worst cut job i’ve seen, I don’t mind that it was cut in what a normal pizza is like (triangles) but the cut wasn’t all the way through and it wasn’t even cuts. I’ll attach pictures. The next thing was, I used some of my free points to try the Parmesan Bread Twists, terrible mistake and i’m glad they were “free” because what I received vs what the picture/pictures online look like, is not what I got at all and I would’ve been even more bothered by it had I actually “paid” for it. Which I know I technically did with the points/money spent. Overall pizza was still what you’d expect. Can’t go wrong with a cheese pizza. The trash can thought the bread twist were delicious tho.
