I’ve never been so utterly disgusted with my food. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be half and half, but they made one side with five slices and the other with three. They also forgot to add one of our toppings, Italian sausage, which is missing from the whole pizza as you can see in the picture.To make matters worse, they came back with a remake, but one slice and a half was gone from the old pizza, so they made us give one slice from our new pizza, which we had already waited 45 minutes for, or we wouldn’t get the remake that we already paid for.
We didn’t want to keep the old pizza, nor did we asked them too, but this whole experience was terrible. It’s just common sense to have decent customer service, and this was far from it.
We order here all the time, and this is ridiculous. I promise this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Domino’s or any other food establishment. If I could take away the one star, I would. The manager was very unprofessional, maybe he should tidy up on his professional skills. I swear I thought I was on the East Side of Detroit for a second. They also made the second pizza with extra sauce, which I didn’t ask for, and don’t like, it made me not even want to eat the pizza. We won’t be back. Waste of money, Even if it was a mistake take accountability, and treat you’re customers better. Also…. Update for the new pizza, the pizza was made in correctly again they did not add the same topping to the whole pizza. They just put it on the half. And I’m sure this is on purpose because they were mad, They messed up and we called them out on it.

I haven’t been into Dominos in a while but decided to use my gift card at this location and it was a great experience!!! Allison and Frederick provided excellent customer service and my food was FRESH!! I will be back to this location because of my experience today! AND I DIDNT KNOW DOMINOS HAD SO MANY BEEF topping options also!?!!!!

Domino’s is always a top spot for pizza, but that steak and cheese sub was so flat bread was touching bread. I think I still have it sitting I’m my trash from 3 days ago it barely had any meat…such a disappointment and the 6.99 boneless chicken were a whole joke they give you that big container to barely get any chicken, that isn’t worth the money to me ♀️. The 32 piece parmesan bites were stale like someone had previously ordered them and didn’t pick them up I took 1 bite and tossed the rest into the trash. To top it off the the order taker he was a bit snappy. The pizza was good per usual, but I’m going to stick to getting pizza and pizza only!

I was on my way home and I saw that you guys were open. I haven’t been to a Domino’s in a while, I saw the manager and her name was Alison, really nice person and another male worker. Really friendly and helped me pick out a pizza, I got to watch her make my pizza and it was very delicious! I couldn’t attach a picture, but I got a meatzza pan pizza with a lot of Parmesan on top. I’ll definitely be back again knowing they’re open when I get off of work!
