They have some great offers and they prepare orders impressively fast. Their accuracy has improved a lot, which makes the experience even better. The dining area is always spotless whenever I stop by. Overall, a very reliable place to visit.

The first door you see on Verdugo Blvd is exit-only. You have to walk along the side, and enter in the door that brings you to the counter. I ordered a #1 on their breakfast menu with a coffee. Wasn’t asked for my choice of hash browns or tater tots, but honestly, receiving the tater tots I feel was a better choice. Just a little confusing when I saw the receipt. Anyways, when I was given the coffee, the condiments were conveniently located right there, but usually at most cafe’s or fast food restaurants, most of the condiments are conveniently located where you can quickly dump the things you don’t need. Here, I had to take a couple extra steps. No worries! I’m not eating the most healthiest of fast food, so crab-walking to the trash to discard things is just a minor convenience. BUT, if they wanted to make it convenient, a tiny basket by the condiments to dump the creamer & sugar packets and the stirrer wrapping would be very convenient.
Anyways, nice folks, clean place, food is on par.

I purchased a hamburger from this location, and while eating it, I noticed the meat had a burnt taste. I decided to inspect it, and I was both disappointed and surprised that whoever prepared the burger didn’t notice or care about the quality of the food they were serving. This is highly unprofessional and disgusting for a restaurant to serve food like this.
I called the store to report the issue, and the woman who answered the phone didn’t fully understand what I was explaining. She then handed the phone over to someone else. I repeated the situation to him, and he offered to make me a new burger (without apologizing for the poor quality of the one I received). I told him I didn’t want another burger and requested a refund instead. He told me that they don’t offer refunds, only replacements.
What kind of restaurant doesn’t offer refunds?
This location clearly needs management that truly cares about its customers’ experience.

Burger King makes good fries but large fries aren’t very large. They do not fill up the little container all the way and they cost almost $5. It’s large fries, it should be LARGE

The people who work here DO NOT CARE. They really don’t. They don’t care about service. I’m not even sure they care about the food. Is it because they’re not making enough? Is it because the work long hours? Is it society? Or is there another job they can take where they do not need to serve other people. I got food poisoning here once. Not sure why I came back. They’re not friendly.
At my worst and at my lowest, I have always been friendly in a service position. I have always gone the extra mile to make sure my customer was happy. I didn’t do it for tips. I did it because it made me feel better knowing I was making them happy. These people….they don’t care.

Drive thru speed was adequate. Order was accurate. Food tasted OK. Ordered via the mobile app. Chicken nuggets are always bomb at burger King. This location is one of the only ones where the buns for the whopper are fresh. Staff is friendly enough.

This place appears to be closed at 8pm on a Monday evening, even though business hour shows closing at 10.
Eight of us visited here to have some desserts shakes and coffee.
When we open the door they were busy cleaning the place like end of the night but they said that they are open.
We ordered some shakes but we were told that they are cleaning the softserve machine and it is shut down for the evening.
We ordered coffee and was told that they don’t have any.
So I asked if they can brew some and they did.
We asked to use the bathroom and we were told that the restroom was cleaned and is closed for the night. The restroom and the hall way lights were turned off from the circuit braker. I asked again what they meant by closed for the evening. They told us that once they clean the restroom it will not open till the next day. I had to tell them that is agaist the health law and finally they let us used the bathroom. I had to ask them to turn on the lights.
Wow! is this for real? Who owns this place?
I even call the corporate and they tell me that that is a confidential information and they can’t tell me. I would like to let the franchisee know what’s goin on with their store.

If I could give this review zero stars I would and this is such a big pain that I have to give this at least one star. We have lived in the area for over 30 years and have gone to this Burger King for as long as I can remember, and we have gone through the drive-through over 150 times and after we order our meal 35% of the time we come home and we see that the order they gave us is wrong besides the fact that they give us the wrong order, they always always have a attitude problem and if you ask them something, they will be rude back to you. Needs to train these employees. And they could never listen you need to either buy better headphones or at least tell them to listen. this is so wrong The disappointment on my face is truly real. Be better for Your customers and America
