UPDATE: Sent an email over a week ago, no response. Horrible customer service.
Just picked up a to go order. Absolutely nothing was right about this pizza we ordered and we paid $15 for it. Matter of fact my wife has allergies that makes it so she can’t even have it. They got everything wrong. To make matters worse, their phone number doesn’t even direct you to a person to talk to on how to get a resolution for the issue. Needless to say, if you are going to order ahead, it’s probably best to order form somewhere else. Absolutely livid.its like they didn’t even look at the order.

I am so glad that I tried this Eastside location of Rapid Fire Pizza as I was greeted by two of the friendliest people!
FOOD: My pesto and fresh mushroom pizza was made to perfection and it came out and was delivered to my table in minutes HOT AND FRESH
I branched out and tried some sea salt and it really brought out the flavor in the mushrooms
I also saw the NO DOUGH option but felt naughty so I went for my thin crust as it reminds me of pizza in Italy
FOOD EXPERIENCE #2 JUST when you THINK they couldn’t “TOP” their last it got even better when I tried a SORTA “skinny” meal (then cheated with a nibble for dessert )
I LOVED the Half pizza I did the white pizza with shrooms and green peppers and the garden salad it came with delicious balsamic dressing and croutons then that dessert pizza OH MY GOODNESS gracious!! See new pictures. This is my new go to *smiles* Enjoy

OH MY Italian dream! lasagna pizza that REALLY tastes like lasagna complete with fresh ricotta cheese and a new salad creation with fresh mozzarella, feta ,and black olives YUMMY see my new pictures. MANGIA!

Note > the entrance is BESIDE the restaurant BY FOX
There is an ample “chicken lane” to exit if you wish to turn left, you just must employ patient and great care
ATMOSPHERE : Fun with tvs on sports channels but quiet enough where you can relax and have a nice private conversation
PRICE: Great value for the money and they generously give a military discount

Had an absolutely amazing experience here today. We ordered two kids meals and three full pizzas, two 11″ and one 9″. Christopher was so helpful with any questions we did have and service was very quick. We’re already making plans to go again. Food was fresh and service was quick. Bathrooms and sitting area were very clean. It did seem like a slow period but overall highly recommend.

We got take out take out pizza from the Pelham location about an hour ago. I’ve never eaten from this place before, but we definitely won’t be getting food from there again. The pizza and all the ingredients were cold and dried out. Very few ingredients on the top. And the salad was soggy. It had definitely been froze and thawed out. The lettuce was see through. Nothing about the food should have been given to the customer. Complete garbage.
