Great food, great service, and awesome portions for the price. The boba is great too! The owner was so nice. We ordered 5 rolls and he only took 20 minutes to make them all by himself. Will definitely be going back!

Mang is a diligent worker who makes good sushi, using fresh ingredients that he prepares by hand. It’s as authentic as it gets, as Mang is the sole owner of the business, is Japanese, and makes each roll by hand. Superior pricing with a cheaper menu compared to Tokyo Seoul, although when it gets busy, wait times can increase since the owner is just one person. I personally think it’s the best Sushi place in Pullman!

Called and placed an order (5pm on a Friday) for pick up and waited 30min. I arrived to find out that only half my order was made. I would have preferred to have known ahead of time so I could of cancelled and get a full order elsewhere.

The food was good except for someone in my family ordered the sushi burrito which was warm and made them sick. The service was slow we waited for a very long time just to put our order in keep in mind no one else was in line and the food took a super long time… someone with a huge family ordered after us and got there food significantly sooner… the atmosphere was cool though in this building called the lumberyard with a airplane hanger kind of vibe. Other times we tried other restaurants from the lumberyard which were phenomenal, I recommend those way more and they had similar type food

OMG, soooo good! Hawaiian roll is bomb, and the spicy salmon was tasty and refreshing. Had to pause eating a moment to get a pic and review. No soy sauce needed, so much flavor!

Rude owner and slow service.

UPDATE:
It was incredibly disheartening to read the owners response, as it was filled with dishonest information and lack of accountability. To be clear, I review this restaurant entirely based off of the service I have received via DoorDash from the owner and interactions I have viewed. I personally have never written a five star review so I do not know where that is coming from. The owner is well aware that a person was not gifted a $100 credit because she was a loyal customer, but because he confessed feelings for her shortly after an interview. When those feelings weren’t reciprocated, as customers, we began getting treated poorly. Not a single place on social media or the website states a policy in regards to a maximum order quantity after a certain hour. I highly advise this policy to be posted so customers are aware and not getting their time wasted when placing larger orders at dinner time. It is incredibly valuable that opinions are shared about experiences with business’s so future customers are aware and the business can benefit from the feedback.

Horrible service. Ordered my food 20 minutes before and went to pick it up. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude. I asked for my order and he ignored me, so I went and waited for another 20 minutes. I went to ask again for an update and he got angry, slammed some stuff around the kitchen, and then continued to ignore me. Another person came in, an UberEats driver, and he yelled at the poor driver. Awful. Won’t be back.

*edit* Wow, what a reply full of excuses and zero accountability. Based on some of your other recent replies to negative reviews, seems like that’s normal for this business though. Threatening legal action because of a bad review is laughable.
