This is one of the best fast food and pizza chains in town. I not only say that solidly because of their food quality but also because I went in there with no money and they still was able to make me a small pepperoni pizza. No hesitation no questions. I love papa John’s, my only issue is that everytime i order i get extra peppercini for $.70 extra.. Sometimes I only get one extra and sometimes I get like 5 extra 🙁 I’m expecting more than one extra when I have to pay for extra.. PLEASE GIVE MORE EXTRA WHEN PAID FOR EXTRA

I enjoy the food. It’s exactly what you expect from Papa John’s. It’s a delivery or takeout spot no dining in but that’s no problem.

When I called I gave my exact address. After an hour still no pizza. Door dash called to verify my address and I explained it to her. Right now after 4 phone calls the “manager” with ATTITUDE said I would get a refund and my pizza. The manager needs to learn customer device. I will never order from that store again.

Take out only. I decided to pick it up instead of using an app delivery. Saved $ that way. The kids loved it, it’s the only brand my grandson would eat. Adults had an adult pizza from different pizzeria.

Papa Johns is pretty good… HOWEVER… within the last 5-6 years or so it seems as though something changed.. and idk if it’s the cheese or dough.. I can’t quite put my finger on it so to speak, but it seems to be different than it used to be. In the beginning of our Papa Johns Journey you could tell that you were ordering some near gourmet food which made it more acceptable to spend the extra money vs. frozen pizza or other restaurants. Everything had a higher quality taste that it just doesn’t have anymore and the prices didn’t go down to compensate the change. It’s still good for the most part. Waaay better than Little Ceasars or Hungry Howies, but it lacks the love that it used to have.

I really don’t understand why you would place an order “ready” for pickup when only half of the order is complete? Then, not only do we have to wait for the order to be completed after it already says “ready” but the other pizza wasn’t even started! Makes no sense to me! This is now the SECOND time this has happened! “Friendly staff” doesn’t make up for inadequate service
