Tipped the driver when he arrived and realized as soon as i put my box down that I didn’t have my beverage. So I called the store hoping to catch him before he got off of my street. I’ve been calling for 15 minutes now and no answer from the store. Not to mention the pizza tastes like it sat for 20 minutes before they brought it and I LOVE pizza hut

Usually, I love this pizza hut and never have any complaints.. But yall are wild for charging almost $5 for these fries. I mean they were delicious but did someone get hungry and eat the rest before I picked them up? because I would’ve shared if you just asked..

I ordered a large stuffed crust meat lovers with olives and mushrooms added. Had to go back to let them know that the mushrooms or olives weren’t added, but the gentleman immediately told me he was going to put a new one in and apologized for the minor mistake. I’m very glad that they made it right immediately

Placed an order for a double order of breadsticks, but was given a single order and didn’t realize until I got home. Also, drove up to the pickup window and waiting for 10 minutes, ringing the bell for service until someone happened to walk by and see me. He had air pods in so he clearly wasn’t listening out for the pickup bell.

I was very disappointed in my order and hate leaving bad reviews but felt this was necessary. Our pizza was undercooked and torn apart- like it fell at some point during delivery. I question if the cinnamon rolls were even cooked- I played it safe and didn’t feed them to my family. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the bread sticks were ok, cold but ok.

The lady at the pick up window was super nice and pleasant to interact with. No issue with that. I have no feedback on the atmosphere since we placed the order online and picked up at the window. My issue is with the ordering service they now use to place orders.
We got our pizza back home, which was supposed to be a meat lovers minus the beef and pork (keeping the pepperoni, sweet sausage and so on) as well as adding on some other veggies. We get home and the pizza is onions, banana peppers and pineapple and that’s it. We called the store to ask for a new pizza to be made and it’s an answering service that says the manager will call you back in approximately 5 minutes… no call. I call again and talk to someone else who says the same thing but says they’re transferring me to the actual store to speak with someone. This time, no answer, just rang until it ended the call. Third time I call back, the lady at the customer service line was just plain rude. I just asked for a refund because we were out of time to get the correct pizza with my husband leaving for work. It wasn’t worth it at this point, however the pizza was $26 and we just wanted our money back. I again was told someone would call me back in 5 minutes from the store. There’s no way to contact the store directly that I can find. The pizza was wrong and I’m out money and I still had to make food in the end. I don’t have time to run back to Pizza Hut right now. Good luck to anyone ordering. May the odds be ever in your favor.

I loved the Tastemaker pizza that we had ordered, totally loaded and fresh. The eight piece burnin’ hot boneless Buffalo wings were fresh and tasty too.
Overall looked like clean store, nice parking area. Even if you don’t get the pizza at curbside, just drive towards their window and get the order!

I order 2 medium pizzas, cinnamon mini rolls, cheesy bread stick, 8 piece honey bbq wings, and 4 sodas. We did not get our wings or our 4 sodas. Call the store they transfer me twice to another department and then they don’t answer. Call back someone else answered and said they have to transfer us I said no y’all transfer us twice I want my order and now I want my money back since y’all can’t do y’all jobs right. How do you mess up a order with a receipt right in front of you. Very disappointed and angry.

I have had a bad experience wit this location I had to return a pizza. Due to the box being opened upon delivery. At the the time of delivery I was feeding my seven year old dinner. As a wfh on a Friday I order pizza bc of the long week and no break. I went in the store to get a refund. The lady was very rude about it and complained on not being able to keep staff. At that time I let her know I am the consumer and my opinion should matter. Now every time I have ordered after there have been issues as if they kept my name and address on the board of pizzas to screw up. But I will never order from this location again after this last experience

I made an order through customer service when I came the order was not showing at the location. The lady here has the best customer service. She helped me get my order in & even went above and beyond by bringing it to my car after it was finished. Customer service is top notch and she deserves a raise! Highly recommended for the service.
