We were just passing through town and craving some pizza.
Early afternoon on a weekday. The lobby was quiet but that worked out for us. Everything was a really clean and nice decor. There were benches and beach/ocean decor.
We went up to the counter and asked the gentleman behind the counter and asked him what the last pizza was that he had.
It was not anything on the menu.
It was barbecue, bacon, jalapeno and beef. – It was fantastic.
We also ordered a house salad, but it was more than what we needed. It was a big salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and croutons.
Again, back to the pizza. It was really good .
While we waited for our pizza someone came in and picked up some pizzas.
She ended up putting more than 30 pizzas in her car. It was a full pizza car.
It was really awesome that they were so busy. The gentleman even helped her take out a few armfuls.
Our pizza came out great and we couldn’t help but eat the whole thing. It was the perfect flavors.

The veg out pizza is a master class in not needing meat on a pizza. Everything about this pizza is phenomenal and when I add a little Caesar dressing on the side… this meal reaches new heights.

I had gone in around 910 in October 28 the place looked very clean. No one was there just because how late it was but the lady who was at the cash app. The register looked up as I walked in. Didn’t even say hello. Just look back down on her phone and then I stood there for a couple seconds because she didn’t respond to me so I had said I’m here for a pick up order. I understand it’s late at night, but customer service never stops.

I love this pizza but lately I keep disappointed when I’m able to get it.. as you can see in the picture they didn’t even put enough pepperoni to cover the whole pizza even the cheese is more towards one side -___- so sad

Substandard and inconsistent pizza compared to other locations.
I order delivery quite a bit because, when well made, their cracker crust is excellent and the ingredients are good quality.
Unfortunately, the Fitchburg location more often than not falls short. The pizza they send is often so greasy that the crust completely sticks to the box, and the ingredients on top are sliding off. The result is frankly a bit gross.

Every time I go here, I ordered the same thing and I’m always charged a different price-I normally go for lunch. I get the $7.77 lunch special today. I was told it was $13 and some change and then when I asked why it wasn’t the normal price I was told that they went up a dollar and changed their prices weeks ago, even though I just ordered the same pizza a couple of days ago. They have terrible service here all the time.

Really great local pizza joint. There are many options including a variety of meats, veggies and toppings. The pizza is never greasy and the taste is always top notch. My favorites are the Portabella Lugosi and the Supreme (no pepperoni) on thin or cracker thin crust. As someone who doesn’t like to eat pizza, this is great pizza.
My biggest complaint is the price. It is more expensive and it is really easy to run up the bill with extra toppings but the quality and taste is worth it.

Absolutely the best Glass Nickel. Outperforms the others around. Whoever the chefs are need a raise. Everything I have ordered was fresh and delicious. The person answering the phone is polite, helpful, and informs you of the current specials/coupons. Definitely a great spot.
