Need to retrain the girl taking orders 02/12/26 at 1:10 PM. She absolutely is running this Braums into the ground. This is the large fry, she’s lucky I stay too far. She’s has a terrible attitude.

Unfortunately I wasn’t mobile and live across the street and had to eat at this braum’s every night. They have messed my order up almost every single time last night. Not giving me fries with my order. This day I supersize my milkshake and got a regular size milkshake which is not what I would have got at any other braum’s. I usually order no pickles and half the time there’s pickles. And then I mention this to the people that can make the appropriate changes yet they don’t listen and in fact contribute to the problems. This braum’s needs an overhaul. It needs better staff that need to be trained properly on how to speak to customers. I work hard. I’m a single dad. He’s taking care of my kid. I work hard for my money and I’m barely making money and to get screwed over every night on my order upsets me so bad there’s no fixing this okay I’ll find somewhere else cuz thankfully I have a car now and I don’t have to eat at this braum’s.

My husband and I just moved into the area. I used to go here over 20 some years ago. We visited the other day and when I wanked in I was surprised on how nice the store is. It was so clean and bright. We were welcomed right away. We got a few combo meals and my husband got to get a taste of the mango ice cream. Omg…mixed with a little bit of vanilla…mango dreamcscile heaven. Yumm!!! Everyone was so kind and courteous. Even had a nice chat with the manager. The lady and guy who took our orders were so nice and we laughed. It was a very nice experience for a Braums. The store was clean. Very inviting. Food was perfect. No issues. Condiment station was clean as well. It was all around a very good experience. We definitely will be coming back again. Thank you for such great customer service. And thank you for being so kind and welcoming to your guests.

This is the worst Braum’s I have ever been to. The food is always terrible, my salad is always rotten. Always. They let the brain sauce sit out ALL THE TIME, we got it rotten. You may ask why I continue to go back, BECAUSE ITS BRAUMS & ITS SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD. I can be in the hood & the food is better than this place. I literally had to start driving to the one on May st to make up for this one. They need to fire & rehire all new. It’s a joke. I never leave reviews either, but after my rotten salad last night & expired crutons & dressing IM OVER THIS STORE RIGHT HERE.

Whenever I visit family from Texas they are very friendly! My mom and I love the fruit parfait and ask for extra almonds and they always deliver. Never any complaints about the food and the bathrooms are always clean which is definitely a plus!

We had a decent sized order, and requested a junior scoop in a large cup since it was going to be for a toddler. Instead of charging us for a junior scoop alone, she said that they would have to charge us for a large cup also. So they charged us for a single scoop AND a large drink to make up for the cost of a cup. No common sense and no proper customer service.

Went through the drive thru and the customer service was awful, not only from the person taking the orders, and the people at the windows, BUT FROM THE MANAGER TOO. (Tall white Man with glasses) Not the first time this has happened. Please teach your employers better customer service.

12/27/24 7:38pm, just left this location. Waited forever to be acknowledged and have our orders taken, I was not given a receipt. The drink machine in the lobby was broken and there was no regular tea out there. At first I thought it was just out of ice so I notified an employee and someone was sent into the lobby to check – they just pushed the ice button a few times then went back to sweeping and they seemed annoyed when my friend told them the whole machine was broken and she needed her drink filled from the machine in the drive thru. When they called my order number I realized I had no receipt and didn’t even know what my order number was. I realized I wanted a brownie fudge sundae so I went to stand in line behind a family who was paying for their order. This family had brought a dog inside the store and it urinated all over the floor leaving a LARGE disgusting puddle. I almost stepped in it but my friend stopped me because she had noticed when it happened as I was trying to figure out the broken drink station. Not one employee came out to clean it up or even put out a wet floor sign and I waited a decent amount of time in line waiting to order/pay/get my order.

This store is filthy. The men’s restroom hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. You may need a tetanus shot after fixing your drink in lobby at the fountain drink area. If this is working to be seen on the open, I can’t imagine what it looks like behind the scenes. Avoid this Braum’s.
