Placed an order over the phone for pick up and it was easy and the customer service was great. Friendly and welcoming. Order the lobster bites and tilapia. They were so good and had the perfect amount of seasoning. Food was done in reasonable time and when mention. Absolutely will be back. Thank you for satisfied my lobster craving ☺️

I’m highly disappointed with my order. I can’t believe this my first time coming to Cluster Busters and my food was served to me in a ice bag!! WOW! I don’t know how to feel about this little baby cluster with 4 legs. Everyone else left great reviews with big juicy full crablegs. I thought I was going to get the same. Man I’m so disappointed and been craving this all week!!

Being one of the last customers before closing can have you getting treated like the butt part of the bread You might get anything! My sister ordered chicken and shrimp pasta and a boil bag . Her pasta had NO MEAT thank God she checked before leaving. Secondly I ordered a boil bag with a extra cluster OVERCOOKED You can’t really enjoy overcooked crab legs they don’t crack right!!!! The sausage was over cooked and rubbery! You can tell we were they last customers like for real I won’t be back!!!! Disappointed is a understatement! The young lady that waited on us was nice however and the place was clean

I’ve been there 4x, the food was great, even tho my online order was wrong I still enjoyed it, but this last time I placed an order the older lady told me that they don’t sell that. This was something I’ve ordered before.. long story short, when I picked up order I saw the dish I wanted, so I addressed it n the older lady says with an attitude, ” I don’t sell that anymore, I guess it was something he did for you”. On top of the fact that for the first time, my order was less than usual, and wasn’t as good.

I went and got the bundle with crab legs shrimp pototoes corn sausage. When I started to eat it taste like it had been dip in some type of soap. I took it back and explained what happen. Clerk/ owner said he could do nothing because I had eaten some. He offered me pototoes. I said thank but no thanks. Food was horrible. I just walked out. Poor service. I would not recommend to anyone

Ordered over the phone and picked up. Food was delicious!!! Not too buttery or oversaturated with seasonings. Just right. I got the Drip Drip Platter was a lot of food, so much I ate it for breakfast. Fyi I sat it in the oven until I reheated it in the oven at 375 for 14-15 mins. Dont refrigerate if your going to eat it twice less than 6 hours apart. Never microwave. But anyway it came in to go plates instead of the aluminum pan which I actually prefer now. Only downside is you have to add eggs for a dollar a piece. Just boil your own.

I ordered my food over the phone yesterday for pick up. When I got there people were waiting for their food and she was saying they on hold because they ran out of shirmp.( Should tell people instead of just taking their order) Well I ordered two of 2 for $50 deals and there was not a 1/2 pound of shrimp in them and one of them didn’t have any at all. I’m mad because I wasted $100 on that food which wasn’t what I was supposed to get according to their ad. I’m giving no stars but you have to pick one.
