I visited this WaWa in August 2025 and overall had a pretty good experience with the food. I ordered the chicken bowl, and it was delicious and fresh — definitely a highlight of my stop.

However, I had an issue when I needed to use the men’s restroom. It was during the day, and the restroom was being cleaned by a janitor at that time. I politely asked one of the female employees if she could kindly check whether the restroom would be available soon or if I could quickly use it. Unfortunately, she ignored my request completely.

Then I approached another staff member, who looked like a manager or assistant manager — she was organizing lottery tickets. I asked her the same thing, but sadly, she also ignored me.

Restroom access is important for travelers making a quick stop, and some basic courtesy from staff goes a long way.

The food was great, no doubt — but customer service, especially when it comes to helping with restroom access, could really be improved.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wawa location this morning around 7 a.m. I was wrongly accused of stealing by the manager, Camy Davis (I believe that was her name). Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and very unpleasant.

I showed her clear proof of my completed transaction on my phone, yet she repeatedly stated that she “didn’t see it” in her system. Instead of properly checking her screen or taking the time to verify the payment before making accusations, she continued to treat me as though I had not paid.

It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I returned all of my items because I refused to continue shopping in an environment where I was being treated like a criminal despite having proof of purchase.

She stated she was “just doing her job,” but her approach felt more like that of a security guard — and there is already security at this location. Customer service should always come first. Being accused of stealing at 7 in the morning is definitely not how anyone wants to start their day.

I strongly suggest this location reevaluate its management and provide better training on customer service and payment verification procedures. Based on my experience today, I would not recommend this Wawa to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my sister was treated at this Wawa location. She was wrongly accused of stealing, even after she clearly showed her receipt proving that she paid for her items. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, the manager was rude and caused unnecessary embarrassment in front of other customers.

Mistakes can happen, but how they’re handled matters. There was no apology given after it was proven she did nothing wrong. Customer service should include professionalism, accountability, and basic respect — especially when accusing someone of something serious.

I truly hope management reviews their approach and provides better training on how to treat customers with dignity moving forward.

this is my fav wawa in all of the land (new jersey). I always get the honey hot chicken snack wrap when i go to wawa and it’s usually just thrown together lazily, but i can tell that the cook really put her all into this one. i love the pickles.
all around a good vibe in here, lots of cool customers, cool employees and one of them picked out a sweet lighter for me.

Overnight female worker was very unhelpful when expressing that our order was messed up and walked away in the middle of us talking to go do something else without resolving the issue. Other than that specific worker everyone else is very helpful. In the end our food was not fixed.

I saw the manager Camy Davis accusing a lady of stealing. When in fact the lady paid for all her items. Even when the lady showed her the transaction on her phone, she still accused her. Glad the lady returned all her items and got a refund. Horrible service from the employee..

DO NOT COME HERE. They cannot make an order correctly for the life of them. Seriously, if someone came into the store and threatened the employees in hope of them making an order properly, THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO IT. On top of that, they are insanely slow. Why are you guys taking so long to make an order you’re not even reading and literally guessing? NEWSFLASH: You guys DONT have creative culinary freedom over peoples orders, and you actually have to follow instructions. If you cannot READ an order you should NOT be working here.

Service really starting to suck early morning 4-6 am. Barely any coffee made, no breakfast sandwiches in display and never anyone help at the registers. I don’t go that often, but for the past 3x the same scenario. Service sucks!!!

Can’t help but feel scammed by this Wawa purchased these juul pods went home opened the box and the entire thing was used. Immediately went back less than 30 minutes showed the receipt and was told all sales are final and this is an on going issue. So I don’t understand if this is an on going issue and you’re aware of it why not replace the item or give me a receipt. I was scammed and then treated like a criminal by the manager I couldn’t give a worse recommendation of this location.
