I got the opportunity to meet the owner. I got the opportunity to meet the staff. I feel like whether it’s a busy day or a slow day. Someone is going to come out and greet you at one point or another. I felt very comfortable here. They give a very family feel to your dine in or take out experience. The food is so good. Good in a different way most Americans are not used to. This type of food is good and when I say it’s good, it’s goood. Flavor, aesthetic, color, balance of flavor, tender meat. Delicious and it will get you full fast. Someone back there knows how to season. I took a sample before I took my pictures, but I just had to because of the scent

We’d visited Friends Peruvian Culinary for the first time today and they exceeded our expectations 1,000 times over! Yolanda took her time answering all our questions and the taste, value and the quality of food and preparation were outstanding! Decor is pleasing and clean and total ambiance is Peruvian happy!
We’d both gotten the Ensalada Friend’s with Chicken and were quite taken back how beautiful, delicious and healthy this dish is!

Fascinating flavors and excellent food! I think this was our first time trying Peruvian food and it won’t be our last.
Service was great, and they are very clearly happy to have a restaurant space (previously there was only a food truck). Just know there’s not a lot of space to sit inside – I think there were only chairs for maybe 20 people?
I tried Inca Kola, causa de pollo, and lomo saltado. A heads up on the causa de pollo – it’s mashed potatoes and chicken salad type mix served cold. I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered it, so the temperature was a surprise to me. Like I said though, everything tasted fantastic. I look forward to coming back to try more Peruvian dishes 🙂

Frejoles seco de carne and tire ceviche was delicious!! The side sauces added a nice kick (crema de rocoto is the spiciest). Expresso was also nice. Lovely staff. Will be back 🙂
