Usually very pleasant service and decent wait times.
The only criticism I’d say is the super greens were bordering raw and I’m not sure if they’re supposed to come with a white sauce, but my super greens were completely plain. If I’m wrong, I’m wrong but those veggies could have used just another minute to cook. I definitely don’t mind a wait at all if it’s done correctly.

I am tired of their food, my husband loves Panda but said don’t ever get me food there again! My husband liked teriyaki chicken and everytime we order it, it’s burn, he’s having to scrap the burn part off and ½ of the chicken is gone. I went today and asked them to please make sure it’s not burn. You can see where they scraped it off and fell onto the rest of it. Goodbye Panda, very unsatisfied customer.

Worse experience ever, after a 13 hour shift and super hungry. I pick up food through drive thru and get home to the most skimpy plate ever!! Never again!! Thats a “plate” for $9 w/tax.
Also not forgetting the unsanitary unwrapped straw for my drink i found in my bag too.

I ordered the plate, the side was the chow mein half with fried rice, the entrees were the orange chicken and the teriyaki chicken. When I sat down and started eating the chow mein and the rice it tasted like charred. Charred is an understatement,I wanted to speak to the manager. The team member told me “the manager just left for break. I saw the manager sitting down. He offered to remake the food, I accepted the remake. When I tried it again it still tasted like charred. I don’t know what they’re using to cook but I wouldn’t recommend coming to this panda! I wanted to ask for a refund but I’m sure a team member couldn’t give me a refund and the manager didn’t even come to speak me. My friend had ordered the super greens, but it was even worse than my order. Don’t come to the panda !!!!

As I ordered food excited for their passion fruit tea I turn to see how they left it uncovered, sugar still on counter. The los that covers the tea to protect anything from falling from it was we where the drink dispensary is at. At first I thought they were in a rush to open and they’ll come in a bit. But I ate in, saw about six workers walking around talking on their personal life. One went past it outside to clean outside. But the inside? Who is taking care of the tea and is it even good anymore? There is a couple of customers in here who are getting beverages too right where the uncovered tea is. Panda Express I hope your cameras can see how many of your employees just pass by it. Instead of addressing the issue they act like it’s unseen. This is where people eat, where an easy spill could contaminate the tea. I hope that gets changed out as it’s been uncovered for a good time with customers filling up their drinks.
