The food was edible, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. We tried the Birria tacos, which were dry and lacked flavor. Additionally, there weren’t enough vegetables provided for the two orders of tacos we placed. We also ordered a beverage, which was overly sweet and had an off taste. For dessert, we selected the cheesecake, but its texture was somewhat liquidy and not what we would typically expect from a cheesecake.

Additionally, the service fell short of expectations. The overall atmosphere felt a bit lackluster, which made the experience less enjoyable.

Birria is 10/10 in this spot. Ramen birria is super delicious and the Torta de Birria was phenomenal. Definitely a new favorite. Customer service is super friendly and very dedicated to their customers.

The food was good, the place is clean BUT the service was atrocious!!! I just read some reviews before posting this one and apparently I’m not the only one that got bad service. I won’t go back just because of how bad the service was. I feel bad because the food was good and I know how hard it is to run a business but the owner needs to fire every single waitress there and hire and train some new ones.

The food was definitely not bad. However, we spent so much time waiting for our food. Approximately 3 tables were being used, we sat on a table, 10-15 minutes later, a waitress just came and gave us out menus, after another 10 minutes, we ordered our drinks, drinks didn’t take as much time to arrive, they took our orders and we waited. We had ordered some tortillas, right after that, we had to wait an hour or so, just to get our tortillas, 5 minutes later, we finally got some food which was pozole and some birria. After that, I had to wait a little more to get my quesabirrias. However, we had also ordered some pancakes, they took approximately 30 more minutes to bring them. The pancakes were kind of burnt so we couldn’t enjoy them as much. The service made our experience very unenjoyable. We took approximately 2 hours there and we spent most of our time waiting for food.

The food was average at best – not bad, but definitely not great. We ordered flautas and they were tiny and soggy. Just go to burrito factory . The worst part was the service. We had about three waiters, but still had to get up to place our order, get an extra plate, and then again for salsa and to pay. The staff was super slow and didn’t seem to have common sense. There’s no point in having servers if I have to get up every time I need something. Definitely not going back.

The food is delicious, but the service has to be worked on. The restaurant was open at 11:30 but I had to wait until 2:00 to even get any food. I even had to wait a while for the food then (30-40 minutes). My menudo (which I do recommend), leaked through the package and was so hot it burned my skin. It also melted the lids of one of the containers.

The food is amazing, but I wouldn’t go on a tight schedule or do take out.

We were told our food would be ready and we had to wait an extra hour. Our food was undercooked and the atmosphere was not great. Work on your menudo a little longer or better yet take it off the menu. The man that brought our food was very nice and friendly and well spoken everyone else not so much
Our food melted the containers and the meat as I said earlier was hard it was not good at all

Just visited this new Mexican Food restaurant in El Centro, CA. Small restaurant with a lot to offer… Beware, the food is delicious! Corn & flour tortillas made fresh per order. Taste was amazing. Also, great price for amount of food per plate! Will definitely be returning.

The snobby waitress with the glasses completely ruins the whole experience of eating there. She needs to extremely work on her customer service, probably why the place is always empty. She literally threw a menu at one of the customers that had just came in after us and sat down. I couldn’t believe my eyes. She is so rude
