Just recently visited here there were two gentleman honestly the best gentleman working here I dont know their names but one was a taller male with twist and the other guy was a white gentleman these guys were awesome and I know this might sound a little crazy, but they seemed like they actually cared about my burrito when making it I will definitely be coming back. They tasted great and honestly as long as those two guys are there this place will continue to do great.

They are closing early for no reason whatsoever. It makes no absolute sense on why the doors are close at 8:30 pm and there’s multiple employees just walking around and standing there. I love Moe’s, but this is disappointing. There should be a sign or something on the door if there is a reason they closed early.

Always super delicious food! I love their burritos and their bowls are pretty good too. Never had a problem with staff. Their chip salsa dip has lots of variety which I love. All in all, love eating here with the family!

Horrible!!!! Fried rice was dry & hard. Store nasty. Food counter was filthy. Hardly any side to fix food. Just filthy. I walked out. This store is no way like Moe’s in Olive Branch. Collierville is just nasty.
Update: Sorry this update is late but here goes. Visited this location again on Monday, Sept. 15th. Nothing has changed. Prep area was filthy; flies were laying eggs in the chicken. I informed the young man and he removed the chicken but I left. I hope he didn’t put the chicken back in the prep area. Good Luck with this location.

Fresh food most of the time. It would be nice if they refill the items in the evening. After 7ish it’s not guaranteed to get everything I wanted.. I had to settle for less couple of times with no beans, chicken or grilled veggies

I had moe’s Collierville cater a party. The food was ready on time, ill give them that. I spent over $400.00. I received no beans, which was my fault for not checking behing the employee. The rice tasted like straight lime juice. The food was not seasoned/tasty at all. I wish I had went to swankys and will go there next time. I will NEVER cater with Moe’s again.

I hope they were understaffed. The folks were friendly and overly worked during lunch on a Saturday. The food is very tasty and love the Coke machine. They were challenged to keep everything going smoothly… just look at the trash pic. I felt bad for the crew.

The past few times that I’ve come here, I’ve left pretty disappointed. I chose to try it one last time because of how great Moe’s used to be. I won’t be back. I came in an hour after they opened and only half of the toppings were put out. After getting home and started eating my salad, I’m feeling super ill.
