My recent visits to Church’s Chicken have been incredibly disappointing, and frustrating. Over the span of just one month, I’ve had multiple negative experiences that have made me question whether it’s worth the trip. Each time I’ve gone, there’s been an issue, whether it’s my order being incorrect, or an unreasonably long wait time – I’m talking 15+ minutes for a small order – or the staff just seeming too lazy to actually prepare the food properly. What’s most concerning is that the bad attitude seems to be consistent across the board; every single employee I’ve encountered has displayed a poor attitude, making the whole experience unpleasant. It’s a shame.

I placed an order for pick up and I order 3 large fries. I only received 2. When I called to get a refund they said they would not be able to refund me and that I can go pick them up. I live 20 minutes away because of the construction and traffic in the area so that was not an option. They refused to give me a refund. THATS THEFT. Then they refused to give me the customer service phone number.

Why did I waste $50 here?? Someone should have warned me! The chicken was meh… hardly ok… flavorless skin… The mac’n cheese was runny, gritty, and had a terrible after taste… Definitely not baked… unless it was baked in cheese adjacent soup of some sort. The gravy was 100% inedible… The flavor of that gravy is a mix of toilet water and onion powder. The kinkle fries we under cooked… The honey buns were the only redeeming quality of this whole meal. With all the chicken options out there…. Skip this one, you’ll be better off. Really hard to believe they’ve been in business for 70 years. Super disappointed

We stopped by after church to grab some food, not realizing it was about 10 minutes before closing. I tried to order a 15-piece chicken tender meal, but was told they only had 6 pieces available. On top of that, they said there weren’t enough fries either. It was clear they just didn’t want to make fresh food since they were already getting ready to close. Last I checked, closing time is 9:00 PM, not 8:50 PM. Very disappointing service.

I just picked up online order, at MY EASTLAKE location I was alil early so I stood there watched this team finish up my oreder WOW AMAZING this team put it together with love and speed !!! The service the great the food was good this TEAM FANTASTIC!!!

Unfortunately this location has never had freshly fried chicken . When I sat down to eat immediately the box was cold to the touch , chicken wasn’t even warm enough to create heat within the box for it to stay at temperature . Sadly didn’t receive what I paid for. As per photo .. it speaks for itself

Service was great. Ordered the megabites. Food was fresh. Spices were a little on the sweet side for me. Still tasty. French fries is not their specialty. I recommend mash potatoes. Chicken has always been on point. This location is always clean

Every time I go to this store I have to but up with employee Maria r. I don’t speak a lot of Spanish. She rolled her eyes at me when I only spoke English only. She is always horrible to deal with. I’m done with her..some one needs to address this
